SanremoInn in Sanremo

Don't book this place, it's a complete scam. I booked this "hotel" through El Corte Inglés viajes website. The main photo they show is actually of the San Remo casino, which makes you think it’s the hotel entrance. They claim it’s a 3-star hotel, but upon arrival, there isn’t even a reception. It’s located inside a residential building. I rang the doorbell, and no one answered. Fortunately, someone came out 2 minutes after, and I managed to get inside.

I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor because it wouldn’t fit in the tiny elevator. The entrance door was in terrible condition, and the window in front is totally scary, Looks like a slum. The door required a code that I never received. I knocked repeatedly and called by phone, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to contact El Corte Inglés, and they had to move me to another hotel, after a 12 hour drive from Barcelona.

While waiting, I noticed people coming in and out of the building, and I asked several if they knew anything about the hotel. No one did. It’s absolutely shameful. I hope this place is shut down soon and the owners are fined. Scammers.

BED BUGS DONT RENT HERE
BED BUGS and FLEES, stains of blood on the sheets and full of hair. Not cleaned rooms nor changed bed linens makes it one of my worst experience I had renting an apartment. I wont go in on other details like they hardly give any soap (enough to clean one leg as most). I found hair in both beds. And stains of blood also. My skin got marks and rashes, my head / hair itches as my body DONT RENT THIS PLACE

Horrible. Ice cold water. Cold room. Bathroom with an alligator in the pipe. Broken sink. Noisy room. Room without blinds. Old and outdated. Absolutely avoid. Shameful. No refund. Only a midnight offer to leave and move to another facility 50 meters away. What a shame. With an elderly lady.
