The room was clean. The balcony had a great view of Piazza Colombo. I would like to commend the owner's efforts and excellent tips for excursions, restaurants, and parking.

Hidden hotel
Strange hotel accessed down an alleyway, next to a garage. However, room fine, good bathroom, and good wi-fi. No breakfast, but a capsule coffee machine in room, which I couldn't get to work.

Excellent property, strategically located a 10-minute walk from the train station, 1 minute from the bus station, and 5 minutes to the beach. For those arriving by car, there's a parking garage just a few meters away.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need, and the owner, a local, offers great advice on how to get around the city. I'll definitely be back.

Located in the heart of Sanremo, on the main square, just steps from everything: the Ariston Theater, supermarkets, newsstands, bars, and the seafront promenade. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a wonderful view. The owner, a truly kind and knowledgeable person, made all this truly exceptional. With extraordinary courtesy, he provided information about the city, the best places to visit for every need, and those insider tips. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Room in the center, modern and clean.
Nearby there is a convenient parking, which in such places is not to be underestimated.
Although the room overlooks a square, it is well soundproofed.
The owner is very nice and helpful.

Only the location and the price per night is worth the excellent score. Michele the manager very kind and helpful. Clean room every morning in a good way. I might modernize the bathroom with a shower stall a little bigger and do something about the strength of the water. I would definitely go back again.
