Hotel is really cute like the pictures. Rooms are a little old but spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were really nice, and helpful specially Deborah and Nadir. There are some kids play area and they have bikes to rent. The balcony added a nice experiences. There is no complementary water in the hotel, and towels for the beach are for rent. No coffee machine in the room and no slippers.

I rarely write reviews, but I just couldn't resist here. Great hotel, 5 star service. I was pleasantly surprised by the work of the reception around the clock. Friendly staff, great breakfasts. It so happened that everything in this hotel was perfect, and it is very difficult to surprise me. Thank you to the staff of this hotel, I will be back!

Booked this hotel for a last minute getaway. It was amazing, we loved it! The hotel was spotless, employees were cleaning every inch of it daily! The room was air conditioned and had two bedrooms and one bathroom, plenty of room for three friends and very comfortable! The employees were fantastic, especially Chiara, Ilenia and Martina. They made our stay five stars! The hotel has an agreement with a beach club so they booked us a covered cabana for 50 euro for the day and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a few minutes to the beach from this lovely hotel.

Location is good, walking distance from the center and from the beach. Rooms are ok but the bathroom is very old. Breakfast is very basic.

Hotel with pleasant rooms. The restaurant is good. I have a downside regarding the management of bathroom linen which is not changed for a 7-day stay. Toiletries are not restocked. You must ask. The tablecloths on the restaurant table kept the same decorative stains for a certain number of days. The team is helpful.

Structure that confused me. The many "Raffaellis" had convinced me that it was possible to take advantage of some services, for which, not being able-bodied, I would have willingly made use of them (example: swimming pool reserved for another Raffaelli structure), since access to the sea with the wheelchair after play is not allowed.
Staff all very welcoming. Some misunderstandings, which were caused by the lack of education of the customers themselves (example: occupation of the parking space reserved for disabled people). Management, dining room manager and waiters above average. Hotel not equipped with additional services (at least, they were not presented to me). Comfortable room. Television not equipped with Smart multimedia so the various subscriptions can be forgotten for the entire duration of the holidays. Wheelchair access difficult due to various temporary obstacles. Small elevator, useful only for disabled people without a caregiver. €.
