Undercooked disgusting indigestible food. Horrible rooms.Bad location.Horrendous access. Overrun by Jews and sub 3’s throwing up.Definitely don’t go here for your holiday

Easy location for one night in sorrento. Great restaurants nearby. Amazing staff throughout. Breakfast had everything and a lovely outdoor setting. Parking easy. Rooms are tired and dated but comfortable ap, clean, quiet and safe.

Hotel on a very busy road , with a very narrow pavement so very dangerous to walk to. Hotel basic but clean. Breakfast was basic but ok, only cooked food was eggs but they were cold. Room cleaning staff were very friendly. On day of leaving I was asked to pay for full balance of Hotel stay. I explained I had already paid and showed them my balance from Tui. Reception were adamant I had to pay , I refused. He was most insistant I pay. My husband went up the road to ask bus to airport to wait, when I told Reception I had to leave he went towards the door, to shut me in. He wanted me to leave credit card details. I refused, I said I obviously will pay the tax but not the hotel booking. I said he had to speak to Tui. I eventually left Hotel. Very stressed! I raised a complaint with Tui, they felt this was a scam of the hotel. Be aware !!!

We stayed two nights here and would stay again if we are in Sorrento again one day. Loveliest staff team and they put on the best buffet breakfast we’ve had. 100% would recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy corner of Sorrento. A separate room on the top floor with access to the terrace, from where a stunning view of the sunset sea opens. Very friendly and welcoming person. - hello and huge thanks to Vincenzo and Alla🤗 for the cleanliness and comfortable stay. Breakfasts on the buffet are very tasty and varied, a large selection of fruits and drinks. Within walking distance of the supermarket, train station and beach. Yes, only about 10 minutes walk. The only drawback was the lack of wi-fi in the room.

This is nice staff are very friendly. But my room is on level 1 hence no sea view as it’s blocked by the trees. But overall is good.

My girlfriend and I a great stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included and it was excellent. We also had a room on the 3rd floor which had direct access to the rooftop terrace, with absolutely stunning views especially during sunrise and sunset.
While it’s outside of the main hustle and bustle of Sorrento, it’s easy to get to as Piano station and Meta station are both a 10 to 15 minute walk away (depending on how fast you walk). I do recommend going to Piano station instead, as it’s much easier to navigate to.
The room is new and updated, which is also the only gripe I had about this place. As it’s still being updated, there were still some exposed wires, and not all of the outlets worked, including the hair dryer.
Overall, I’d love to come back here in the future when those are fixed.

This is not a review but a question This hotel serves evening meals and I was wondering if someone could advise what their menu consists of please. I have a fussy eater and need to be prepared as to what is available as I would hate for them to go hungry
