The service and breakfast was incredible. The location was a bit out of the way but the closest to the airport.

If you choose this location, please be aware that you need a car in order to travel around. The Spa is not open, they don't let you know anywhere. It is prety far away from public transport and from any other location, if you come without a car you must be prepared to pay for Uber and taxi. In the rest the room are at a 4 star hotel level, and the brekfast is ok . Also please be aware that the restaurants...

The Service was awesome, I came in way too early because of my flight. I arrived dead tired and the really nice stuff let me check in hours before official check in.

It's very remote, and it's difficult to get a taxi; you have to wait about half an hour.

Beach towels umbrellas supplied while staying here. The staff are very helpful and kind. Accommodation with ocean view is spectacular with the view of Stromboli island volcano. I’m going back there again. Excellent 👌

My general experience was around or a bit below 4* - the hotel location is okay (close to the centre and to the railway station, but no nice views around), old but clean furniture, comfortable beds with uncomfortable pillows. Street noise was quite noticeable, earplugs were needed. Breakfast was okay, too. I'm giving the 5th star for the courtesy and kindness of the hotel staff :) thanks!

Great location, close to everything, and the restaurant attached was absolutely fantastic! All was great except for the toilet issues, it would flush and not stop and sound like it was going to fall through the floor. Otherwise having access to a van to get to the beach was nice after a long day in the sun, and it was a nice atmosphere, quiet and just off the busy road so not loud at night with people...

Very plwasant place, slightly removed from the touristc spots with pleasant service. One star less for the need of a car to get basically anywhere and the facilities that still are mostly camping focused.

Very nice property with spacious, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The wifi is also quite good. It's a little out of the way but great if your looking for something near the ocean and with outdoor space.

Donatella was awesome! The place was very nice, and the food was pretty good as well. The couple making the food were very kind and eager to please. We would stay there again in a heart beat! The only down side is that it was a challenge to get there from the highway (our GPS and the road system did not see eye to eye).

We stayed just one night during a trip to Calabria, having chosen this hotel to visit Arco Magno beach, and we had a wonderful time. Mrs. Nadia is very kind and friendly, and we had a pleasant chat with her upon our arrival. We first found the hotel because of the available electric car charger. Our car had to recharge for a couple of hours so we ask the host Nadia if she could help us finding an available taxi at 2pm. After one phone call and 10min the taxi arrived and we were able to go to the beach. The taxi driver came later to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. We stayed at this hotel from July 20th to 24th with our two dogs (one medium-sized and one small). We stayed in a room with a lovely terrace with a panoramic sea view. There is not much to do in scilla in January. But the host welcomed us and tried her best. Good value for money but don't have high expectations. Everything is very badic. More a b&b than a hotel.

We loved our stay at this beautiful family run hotel in the center of Scilla! The rooms are very clean and wonderfully decorated, and the breakfast had many selections, including homemade crostate and jams. Nicoletta was very kind and spent some time talking to us about Scilla, and we had a wonderful dinner nearby based on her suggestion.

Having a car can be a hassle at times but we loved the very close and convenient free parking area the hotel offered. We were meet by a very nice young lady who (lucky for us) spoke much better English than we spoke Italian. She offered to show us the rooms before we decided, which was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to return to such a beautiful town.

Nice cosy place. Owner is nice but be a bit patient. In the winter time he was the only one there so he has quite much to handle. Breakfast is decent: butter, cheese, ham, sweet stuff and fruits. Rooms are decently sized, pretty clean. Access to the sea is good. Overall would recomend but do not expect luxury.

Modern and nice apartment in the centre of Tropea The room is situated just off a small side street and near to the Cathedral area. It is accessed via a large door which leads to a courtyard and then a set of steps takes you to the apartment itself. The room was a decent size, clean and secure. The instructions sent from the hosts made it easy to find and to check in. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a short stay, the large bed was particularly comfortable. A bonus was the large rooftop terrace, where we had a few drinks and nibbles each evening before dinner. I would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Tropea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We did have a few hiccups with the breaker resetting while trying to cook dinner one night but our host came over the next day to check it out. The area was really nice, just remember during the off season they’re aren’t as many shops and restaurants open.

The small town of Lamezia is underrated in most of the reviews but it proved to be delightful and untainted by the industrial tourism, with good local restaurants and shops. A beautiful modernised hotel in an old building with character and charm. The rooms are comfortable, although not large, but well fitted out and perfect for my needs. We were 3 nights in Villino Eleonora. Everything was VERY fine. The sorroundings, the house and the garden are beautiful. Authenticity with nice touches Kind helpful family, private buildings away from main home with garden and terrace for the single room (I had) and with lush local flora, quality fittings in rooms and traditional decor. Incredible breakfast. You can walk to Tropea in 15 mins or get the train (10 mins from the BnB). Off-road place to park car if necessary.

Villino Eleonora is a gem in Calabria, which offers the visitor a retreat from a busy world. The accommodation is set in tranquil gardens, and from the patio, one can see Strombolli, as it gives a gentle and occasional puff! Magical sunsets viewed from the patio are to be enjoyed every evening before departing for a wonderful dinner, and a glass or two of Calabrian wine. The breakfasts are a feast...

I recommend this property for several reasons: 1. Its proximity to the station. 2. The host's hospitality. 3. The location itself, with its own gate and garden, feels like home. I would improve the soundproofing of the rooms to increase comfort and privacy. Aside from that, the owner is very kind and helpful.

The pizza is good, considering that we are in Calabria and not in NAPLES, it will be for the Neapolitan pizza maker, but I found it among the best in the area, the only flaw is the service, I think they are not used to working with a lot of demand especially so in August the orders came out very late
