We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was excellent, and the view was the most amazing he had ever had. We were close to the shopping, restaurants, and the marina, where we took a few guided tours.

Stayed in the Wagner Suite for our honeymoon. Big wraparound balcony with great views of the water. Best hotel service we've ever had, great continental breakfast, convenient location walkable to everything, and even has a private elevator for guests that brings you all the way down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a bit small for the furnishings making it hard to get to the bathroom without bumping into furniture. I would have laid it out more efficiently. Bedding was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were less than exuberant.

This was our second time in two years. Always a great experience. The rooms were very good with comfortable beds. This year we had great views of the sea. The food was delicious. I would like to say a special thank you to Paolo, Mario, Silvanna and Andrea who run the dining room and bar with exceptional service and efficiency. We will certainly return next year.

Very dated. wifi stopped working a few hours after I checked in. Kinda far from everything good. (in my opinion)… it was a 25 minute walk to the castle. View of the parking lot from our room. Decent breakfast! 😊

Excellent location, beautiful setting and beautiful pool area. The service was barely adequate though with reception staff doing the minimum and not very friendly. The main waiter at breakfast twice seated us at the worst table at back away from windows, we had to insist on a different table on third day. Breakfast very average.

About rooms: I loved the relative vintage style. Marmor floors. Spectacular clean. Everything working, wifi somethimes disconneting. It is a very nice island, green and not full of tourists. The hotel is situated in a best strategic place between main street and sea. Outside pool with thermal water, and inside the hotel is termal spa. I recommand for people who want to rest and charging inner batteries

Nice hotel in a walking distance from Pompeii. Stayed in a suite with balcony and the room couldn’t be better. But the breakfast included in a price was really bad. Tried to order from menu one day and paid €6 for two overcooked fried eggs, €8 for a few tiny pancakes. In Ireland we have a full Irish breakfast for that price.

This wonderful hotel is located in the centre of Pompeii, just a few minutes from the historical site of ancient town. It is a very nicely renovated building with helpful staff and fantastic view from the rooftop bar to Vesuvius and the surrounding mountains. The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We did not receive a free shuttle to the airport or wifi (after requesting it 3 times). There was a private function just under where our room was that played loud music until midnight. Too bad their customer service was so bad this could have been an amazing hotel. I would never recommend anyone to book here.

Nice hotel. However, I was led to believe the hotel was close to the airport. It is at least 20 minutes from the airport. I did not realize this hotel was so far away from the city center of Naples. It costs €100-€120 take a taxi into Naples. This hotel does provide you a beautiful view of you with a beautiful view of the sea, including a beautiful view of the island of Capri.

The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The view was also excellent but the staff made all the difference. They were polite and over-the-top helpful. We have no reservations about recommending the hotel. We will use them again.
