Hotel located on a pedestrian street, offering great comfort with a lovely view of a historic building. Good breakfast and many restaurants nearby.

I paid for a double room with a double bed, and at reception, they told me I'd been upgraded to a superior room. The only problem was it had two single beds. It was just for one night, but they really should have informed me, especially since I paid extra for the double.

The room was rather small, and the shower was poorly designed; the bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Breakfast was decent, and the view from the top floor was excellent. For the price in Rome, it's relatively good value. Public transportation is readily available.

The room was clean, but no water was provided.

The location is great, close to the train station and ferry terminal. The front desk lady on the night of check-in was very helpful and promptly changed rooms after we had a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. They even prepared a breakfast box for us on the morning of our departure. It's a great hotel.

Gorgeous views from our balcony, and the restaurant has maybe the best food in Italy! One of my favorite meals ever came from here. The staff were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend

Almost a perfect little spot. Nice hotel in a great location. Pool is great, and the restaurant is top notch. The rooms were very basic though. Our shower was a tiny 3’ x 3’ box with a shower head that barely sprayed any water. Not very much storage space. Service was also very good. Just adjust your room expectations and you’ll have a good time.

Overall this place was good. I would stay here again based on the location, cleanliness, and views from the room. The man at the desk in the evenings was a little rude and dismissed our concerns about the phone not working and wouldn’t check it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony and were able to leave the windows open because the area is really quiet. Breakfast was quite nice. We walked three blocks to the train station for our side trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. (take the express train!) There are lots of dining options in the immediate area, and groceries, too. The ocean is not visible from our room, only the roof top. Exceptional breakfast with hot and cold foods, lot of pastries. The one drawback is the lack of sufficient outlet plugin. There was only one plug-in in the whole room including bathroom. Very convenient location, 10-12 minutes walk to Piazza Tasso.

The hotel is really well designed and run like a true luxury resort. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Clean, well-run, a terrific place to stay,,, very close to downtown shops and restaurants, but it didn't have the noise and congestion of the downtown area. Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

The room was pretty good, but the first floor is being renovated. The environment is very poor. You should be reminded before booking. There is no place to rest after checking out. So if there is another choice, I may make other plans.

We loved our stay at Hotel Marincanto!! The location was close to everything, easy walk to town and restaurants. But more than anything, the staff was excellent. A hotel with a good location, large and comfortable rooms, high degree of freedom for guests, parking fee is only 10 euros, and electric bicycles are available for rent. Friendly staff, a large and well-maintained garden in the hotel. I will choose to stay here again if I go to Sorrento next time.

The atmosphere of the lounge and facilities is good. If you are going to use a room, get at least a deluxe room. The basic standard room has little space for a carrier and the space between the bathroom and the room is somewhat narrow.

The location is great with easy access to the main shopping street and to the beach. The hotel grounds are lovely and peaceful. The bar staff are amazing and so accommodating. The food served is good with a good range of even meal options. Beach chairs and umbrellas are now free for use.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's really basic, no WiFi in rooms, no fridge with anything in, no spa or pool or anything to do here in the evenings. We are a family of four but we were only given two cups and they were not replaced or washed until we asked for them too. We were charged 20 euros to go in the pool for a total of 30 minutes. We had a lovely week at Palazzo Belmonte. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quite quiet as not yet main tourist season and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were helpful and the grounds are magnificent. Lots of space for everyone without being cramped. We loved the beach and being walking distance from great local restaurants. Would highly recommend for rest and relaxation.

Tiny showers but otherwise we had a nice stay. Bus goes to Sorento but if you’re a taxi person it’s 50 euros on average. Everybody has their own price.

The breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful. Room was comfortable & had a coffee machine as well as kettle. View was excellent out of the balcony. The only drawback, was the location. It is not near city center. No shopping or dining nearby.

We liked the vibrant hotel and the gracious front desk. Our room was clean and we did have a partial view of the ocean. It is about 1 mile from Sorrento and I don’t think it can be walked safely (no sidewalks). There is a bus stop that can take you into the city right outside the hotel— for either the EAV or Sita. Great stay at Hotel Belvedere. Absolutely breathtaking views of the coast from the hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful figuring out how to navigate to and from our excursions. Great location, it felt peaceful and isolated from the busy areas, but still less than 15 minutes from Amalfi town.

Staff very friendly but not very experienced. Clarity of room service available, price of items, customary tipping, and special request information provided was poor. Transportation and dining hours could be expanded.

It’s a beautiful hotel with spectacular view and clean room and delicious breakfast the staff was not all friendly and some of them were a little judgmental but overall I liked our stay here and will go again if I find the chance

Hotel Belvedere was perfect. Location is ideal and the hotel shuttle to and from Amalfi make getting around super easy. The staff was amazing. Always available to help and offer suggestions. The dinner service was perfect with spectacular views. All spaces are roomy and bright. Our Jr Suite balcony offered great views to watch boats sail by. The views from the hotel were amazing. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the pool overlooking the ocean.
