What an amazing experience! I booked an Airbnb that was not ideal and made this booking last minute. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day! So convenient, every single person that helped us was amazing and close to everything. I think I’m dove with Airbnb’s from now on. Beautiful property!

Location location location this is a great place to stay close to so many great places to visit like Positano for example. Daniella goes the extra mile to help you with everything and from here you can go everywhere if you want to.

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

I stayed here for one night and it was ok but not more than 2 star hotel. The room is pleasant enough, very simple and effective, however the bathroom was small and had missing finishing touches like broken tiles. Good location for transport to the centre and airport. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days on our honey and we would definitely recommend. The room and pool views are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated. This is a great hotel with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples, an excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. However, it is spoiled by an apparent reliance on American tour groups which arrive in hordes, act as if they own the place and are generally rude, loud and arrogant.

Great courtesy of the staff but facility is too aged. Not in a "classic" style way as the manager likes to say but because it seems that from 90s no upgrade has been made. Rust on windows fixtures and shower metal parts is not "classic" style. Poor quality of furniture, frayed bedcover. Too old for a 4 star hotel and the money value.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms are very nice and tidy and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the highlight is truly the rooftop. The views are breathtaking! We were in this hotel to spend a weekend near the sea to relax, we were very surprised about kindness and care in all aspects, room was very clean and well organized, dinners and breakfasts delicious and various every day. Paestum is beautiful with great history and Hotel Le Palme is a fantastic place to stay when you come. The hotel is superb, with friendly, helpful staff and the food is great. What a lovely hotel! The rooms are comfortable and have a balcony, air conditioning, fridge, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Fantastic hotel with really friendly and efficient staff members. Extremely helpful answering questions about the surroundings and assisted us getting around with arranging the taxi services. Rooms were excellent, clean and had all the required amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Super clean hotel, the only reason I didn't give it all fives was the outside was full of homeless and shady vendors. But there were plenty of police everywhere in Naples so we walked everywhere. It is so close to train station and pickup point for many tours. Restaurant and rooftop fantastic.

The room was super clean, a little bit dated but it added to the charm. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a room with the ocean view and what a view it was! Seeing the sunset from the balcony is just next level. I'd say the improvement they could make would be to have a better mattress but I'm just being picky

This hotel/ resort is old school! It has a breathtaking view of Naples bay and Ischia! Cobble beach that is maintained daily. Massive veranda and pool with panache! Restaurant and Bar service! The front desk manager went out of his way to provide with an exceptional experience!!

A wonderful hotel, decorated in a nautical theme, couldn’t ask form more in terms of location right on the sea, shuttle bus ran every day into town, due to the mad prices on taxis. Some of the most helpful staff I’ve encountered, the only draw back is the buffet food but to be expected, I never get my hopes up for the food in hotels. 14 nights family room. Brilliant hotel. Perfect sea view from balcony with sun set. Came on wedding package with 3 kids. The staff where amazing every day and very helpful with twins. There are minor defects with hotel damaged furnishings and walls. Nothing major. Family still had a great time. Free shuttle bus into sorrento including return. Only downside is not much to do locally entertainment wise...

Don't be put off by poor reviews . We stayed in a twin/ Double room with Seaview balcony and amazing sunsets . The room was a little dated but had a fridge hairdryer and kettle all in working order and decent air-conditioning i would bring a small extension cable as only a couple of sockets . bed was comfortable enough but made all the better listening to the sound of waves .
