location is good which is not far from train & bus station. lemon farms right opposite to hotel is a bonus. however, rooms were not clean enough esp the blankets covering the bed were quite dirty. neither complimentary water bottle nor kettle in room was a minus. despite having air-con, it's forbidden to be turned on until summer months. somehow some towels smell cheesy tho looks clean in appearance. breakfast is pretty good

Hotel La Meridiana was the first hotel I stayed in during my trip to Italy. I am so grateful that I chose to stay here. I arrived early just hoping to drop off my bags but they let me check in early which was great. Carmine was very helpful explaining everything to me and making sure there wasn't anything else I needed. They even gave me a free upgrade to a balcony room without even asking! The location couldn't have been better since it was a short walk from Sorrento station and the city center. The rooms were perfectly cleaned each day. If you are ever in Sorrento this is the place to stay. I hope to come back next time if I am ever lucky enough to come back to Sorrento!

Bad experience.....hotel staff not friendly, management same problem. Avoid this hotel. They only want your money.

Management oriented only to their pocket, the dialogue is very deficient with them, they only seek is to take your money. Very bad experience!

We had a reservation for hotel la Meridiana through "booking.com" but we couldn’t make the visit due to Covid 19 emergency. This cancelation had nothing related to our free will. İtalian Consulate in İstanbul didn't started to take Schengen visa applications for touristic purposes. Even if we take the Covid-19 risk and plan to visit your hotel, it did not possible for us to travel to Italy as a tourist.

Minus: The already paid breakfast can be taken only from 07:00-07:45 or at the room (this option includes an extra charge). 40€ parking, even for hotel guests. Way too high prices for what you get.
Plus: clean rooms, there is a very nice and helpful receptionist who booked a nice Capri tour for us!

Felt sorry for the staff there are all wonderful was there in 2019and had amazing time food beautiful but last year 2020 due to covid19 things were different the eving meals covers in salt unable to eat most of it also the way it was presented was funny all on separate plates but I must say staff were still amazing and we will definitely be staying with you agian, maybe even get a upgrade this time lol x

We have stayed recently at this lovely hotel. The location near the centre of Sorrento is perfect.
The Hotel is clean, staff are kind and we were treated so courteously.
The rooftop garden is peaceful and has amazing views of Vesuvius and the local lemon groves.
Breakfast comprises of a selection of cheese, meat, breads, cakes, pastries, cereals and hot food. Fresh fruit and Yogurts are also available daily.
A 3 course meal is served each evening. We enjoyed all the food and appreciated the efficient service from all the serving staff.
Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.
We took a travel kettle with us as would miss a cup of Yorkshire tea! Milk was available at the bar in reception.
I would love to stay here again and appreciated the low cost and position in town.
6 steps are at the entrance to the Hotel so wheelchair access is an issue. The elevator is small but worked !
2 room keys would be helpful as we locked ourselves out a few times.
