The beach club staff was excellent, Emmanuelle was on top of our orders and always close by to get us drinks and food
My stay at the Maya Beach Resort in Sorrento was the icing on a much needed vacation
Wonderful experience here. The staff was very accommodating and treated us as special guests and made our stay very romantic.
3) They hold raves on Saturday and Sunday night. The beach club is filled with hundreds of people and the thumping music goes until 2 am. If you were hoping to go to bed early, that's not going to happen over the weekend
The beach club is stunning but there are issues!
The location of this place is unmatchable. We will be back despite some issues with our stay because it's simply stunning
We were given a wonderful room with a sea view! It was amazing! The staff was responsive and very pleasant! Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We will definitely return to this wonderful place.
Nice Location, had a very good view to sea from balcony, the hotel has wonderful old collections, very nice stay
Room was big and had a small balcony area overlooking the busy bus terminal and the sea beyond.
You go in the narrow way about 1,5 meters with the church stairs on your back then go up the stone stairs on the left side that lead to the hotel. Once you are upstairs you see the hotel at the end of the plattform
The front desk attendant-Santo- was very helpful and nice when we’d ask him for directions or help. It’s also great that he’s always on site. The room was clean and the cleaning staff lovely and attentive
It’s hidden away on one of the alley which makes it a great location If you are trying to get away from the Main Street hustle. We had a balcony view which was very nice view of the plaza and harbor
The room was very clean and the location was good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. The price is very reasonable for a place like Italy. The boss is very enthusiastic about Chinese people.
Parking is made easy be the staff unloading your car and parking it, there is a $40 parking fee. This area, like all of Amalfi, is crazy busy so having restaurants to walk to was great
Breakfast is available at the hotel from 7:00am-10:00am for a $20 fee. The suite was beautiful with an amazing view of the water
We booked this hotel very last minute and it was the best decision!
The place was amazing, clean, beautiful views, the service is absolutely great as well. Couldn’t have found a better place to stay at
What an absolutely beautiful hotel. We had the best view of Amalfi and also easy to walk too. The room was spotless and the staff so friendly! They even ungraded us to include breakfast
The experience was absolutely great the staff is amazing they are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back. Thank you.
We stayed here by chance on our first trip to Amalfi and loved it so much we made sure to stay on our next trip. The rooms, the service, the rooftop terrace with pool, the breakfasts
Cute hotel just off main tourist area, and quiet and quaint. Breakfast was disappointing in that all the food items were cold, but it was convenient to get this done in the morning before starting the day
Rooms were old style and the one we got was not the best in layout (a breakfast table in a loft to the room, and immediate stairs down on entering room) but the frescos on ceiling in reception and breakfast room plus all the furnishings were very nice
Our room was spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. Extremely helpful to have access to parking a short walk away and it was easy to navigate with a convenient porter service
The included breakfast was very good and the setting in a beautiful room below a stunning fresco was special! Most of all the staff and management were very friendly and helpful and take great pride in their lovely hotel
Rooms were quite nice and the hotel staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was also delicious.

Truly the best hospitality experience of our lives—without any exaggeration! I stayed with my partner for three days at this hotel, and I have never encountered a more polite, always-smiling, and genuinely helpful staff
Run, go and reserve this exquisite Villa Boutique hotel in Capri. There's a REASON why Trip Advisor has given its coveted YELLOW Best Award of the year (green used to be the best, and now it's YELLOW)
Everyone involved in creating a perfect lodging experience is to be thanked and recognized for their warmth and hospitality. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet overlooking the sea
My husband and I had the most magnificent stay in this extraordinary villa hotel. From our first steps into the Villa on a grey, cloudy, and rainy day to the last day (also grey and rainy), everyone was ever so kind
Mario explains every detail and assists you with anything you may need. The whole property is simply stunning, as it used to be a private residence built in 1906
We could have stayed in our room the entire time (due to the rain) and still had a perfect experience. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests

There are several good restaurants across from the hotel, and many Chinese shops nearby, suggesting a Chinese community. It's a 15-minute drive to the city center and a half-hour to Pompeii
The room was a bit small, and two large suitcases were a bit cramped, but the bathroom was quite spacious
I came here by chance on business. A well maintained and beautiful structure requires excellent staff to function. Education, kindness, politeness, responsiveness. Abandoned, but also delicious breakfast and dinner
Hotel is clean but simple. Location not very central
We stayed there 2 days. The lady reception was very helpful but the male wasn’t.
The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster. Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated

On the top floor a beautiful garden and pool provides a lovely spot to sunbathe and relax
We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super...
This property was amazing! The staff made you feel like you were royalty and you wanted for nothing. The view of the beach was awesome! They had a shuttle to take us back and forth to the city center
WOW! The customer service at this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life
From changing our dinner in the dining room to room service MID MEAL because we got a work call, to printing out my husband‘s birthday concert tickets and putting them in an envelope, to giving him a birthday cake on his birthday, and a farewell dessert when we were leaving, to one of the ladies working there literally giving me the pen out of her hands to use
The food was great and the service was even better I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else this place is 10/10 I look forward to coming back soon & I also came all the way from New York they make you feel at home thanks to all the staff at relais Paradiso👍👍
There was staff to help bring luggages down to our room however not when we check out, so end up have to bring out luggages upstairs. Staff wasn’t very helpful, average. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the beach
Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night
Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!
Amazing location. Amazing view. Had a great pool. Staff was friendly and helpful! Rooms were cozy! Our breakfast was included and it was great, everything you need for a great breakfast
It’s a good location but go get to your room is a mission we had to take 2 lifts long corridor walks and steps to get to our room
Bus stop right outside the hotel though which was great for getting down to the beach
Hotel needs renovating but is very clean
Pool is fantastic with huge sun lounging area
Food is awful dont eat there make the most of the amazing restaurants like meditarraneo nearby

Beautiful hotel, incredible location, and wonderful staff!
We spent a full week in Room 58, located on the top floor at the end of the building—offering breathtaking views of the mountains, beach, and port
Staff was exceptional and paid attention to our needs. The beautiful room provided an incredible view of the ocean and a beautiful escape to relax.
There were days they came in and cleaned the hotel room twice. Thank you for a fantastic stay here. I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Positano. It was a fantastic experience
The rooms were clean, large and an amazing location and view. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was excellent as well. I will recommend it.
Note that cars cannot access the property directly, so we rolled our luggage a short distance down charming cobblestone streets—unexpected, but part of the Positano experience!
Arriving early in the morning, we were greeted with a gorgeous breakfast overlooking the beach, and the kind staff even had our room ready by 1 p
We loved this room for the view and the wonderful deck. Breakfast and restaurant are wonderful. Location the best in Positano.

Amazing hotel in a stunning location. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The views from our rooms were amazing. Meals were excellent with a great choice for breakfast
The only minor criticism is the air conditioning had been turned off for winter which seemed a little early (mid October). We were a little too warm on the first night
The staff were all friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to and from the train station is a real bonus
We rented a Vespa and getting around was super easy ; we could reach the center of Sorrento in just 5 minutes!
They also provide a shuttle service, which made it very convenient to get to Sorrento on our first night, both going and coming back
Excellent relaxed hotel
Excellent hotel situated outside of Sorrento. The hotel provides a regular minibus at set times from Sorrento station to the hotel which needs to be booked in advance
The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there

4 night stay at Hotel America at Marina di Camerota Italy Had a great stay lovely little hotel friendly staff they met all our needs clean room great food u could choose a Lacart menu or set menu buffet style breakfast served on terrace or restaurant there is a swimming pool or if u choose the beach its a few minutes away there is transfer to take u there n back we loved it
****** please be advised- ask for the costs of everything before you drink/eat/use anything. There is a cost for towel use, for breakfast, laundry service, all drinks at the pool, etc
To say they have accommodated our needs is an understatement; they have all gone above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay here. The pool is clean and pristine
They accommodated the needs of all members of our group- from the eldest of us, to the toddlers! They also went out of their way to ensure that one of us who had to work online had access to the fastest wifi and technological support
All in all, this hotel has the charm and amenities of an upscale costal boutique hotel, with the charm and tender care of a small family run bnb. We cannot recommend this sweet little spot enough
The breakfast was delicious and fresh- all while eating on a gorgeous terrace overlooking the ocean and olive tree grove. They also cleaned and pressed our laundry for a fee
We visited in week 41 - and enjoyed listening to the sound of the sea through the open door to the nice balcony, which had amazing view over Salerno bay with the Amalfi coast and Capri on the horizon
Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay. The property is located on the seashore, with all amenities close at hand. The staff is very helpful and always polite
I was in room 308 - see photos - very comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the Mediterranean Sea. I slept well in my King-Size Bed. The following morning, we had Breakfast here
Location, location, location - on the beach
If you plan to visit the ancient ruins at Paestum, then this hotel is the place to stay
Beautiful seaside setting. Safe underground parking. Fabulous breakfast. Exceeded expectations.
Andrew and Vicky from Canada
A very large selection of Breakfast items. The Hotel also has a very beautiful sand beach
Take a waterproof camera down to the beach with you and get some shots of yourself swimming with Vesuvius behind you. I'll add some photos to give you a sense of the place
Located on a cliff overlooking the sea. Room 503 was a lovely room with views of the bay however it was noisy as we had constant noise of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor of the floor above
Ciro at Sporting Hotel was great! All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are wonderful. Views too!
After visiting Amalfi and Positano I would stay here again!
Arrived at the hotel sporting had a room on on level five fantastic room very large very large bathroom very clean very comfortable Juliet balcony overlooking the sea fantastic views restaurant couldn’t do more for you if you asked the food was exceptional all meals breakfast and evening meal included in our tour Very enjoyed it with the travel school group
One small suggestion: it would be even better if the sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels on the beach were included for hotel guests without an extra fee. Other than that, everything was perfect from start to finish!
The hotel is fabulous! With its own beach club. Great location, only 10min walk from train station. Breakfast buffet was so good. The staff is super friendly and service was impeccable. Would stay there again!
The hotel has beautiful scenery, the sea view is amazing, the food is delicious, I like breakfast and ordering, the most important thing is that there is a free shuttle bus, I booked several nights, it is very convenient to go back and forth to the hotel every day, which is suitable for us Chinese, there are singers singing in the hotel at night, the price is similar to that outside, it is good
Amazing sea view , personal was very attentive and careful, totally recommend this amazing hotel
I love watching the sunrise here!
The hotel is right on the cliff and you need to drive yourself or take the hotel shuttle bus to get up. You need to pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus, which is very punctual
If you miss it, transportation will be troublesome if you don't drive. The downside is that the soundproofing in the room is not very good, and it is easy to hear the conversations of the neighbors
The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a private villa, which offered stunning views of the coast—absolutely breathtaking

Great train links to Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius and Napoli. Boats to Capri, Positano, Sorrento depart right outside the hotel. - Beach & Poolside: Beach was rocky but lovely (sea shoes recommended)
Cons:
- Pools: Misleading advertising—only one usable pool (a saltwater pool in the beach club), open to the public and with no shallow end. The other pools shown belong to the spa and to use them cost extra
- Resort Feel: Good if you just want to lounge around pool and beach and eat/drink in the hotel
Beach toys/inflatables available. Drinks reasonably priced—cocktails good value. - Tennis: Free grass court (worn but playable), rackets and balls provided
Pros and cons:
Pros:
- Staff & Service: Really kind and helpful, especially reception staff and Luigi at the pool bar
- Apartment: Clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and stunning bay views. - Shuttle & Transport: Free hourly shuttle with a friendly driver. Last return at 10pm, but the 15-min walk via steps was easy enough

We loved the location, our beautiful clean and modern room, the amazing staff, the wonderful breakfast and our balcony with a magnificent view!!

(And I am extremely pickie)
The stay at La Residenza was amazing. The staff were excellent, the room and views were absolutely breathtaking and the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the shopping & night life
Throughout our visit, the management and staff remained incredibly attentive: from early luggage assistance to seamless coordination of boat tours, dinners, and transfers—nothing was too much trouble ,The location was ideal, just steps from Capri’s vibrant Piazzetta yet tucked away in a peaceful oasis, and our room was both elegant and comfortable with blackout shutters, spacious bathrooms, and a private...
The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had an incredible view. The pool was refreshing and inviting, breakfast was delicious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent
They also upgraded us to a sea view room with a balcony for free. The room was large and clean, much better than the photos. Breakfast was a la carte, and some were also available for pick-up
Here’s a heartfelt, extended review of La Residenza Capri:
My wife and I chose La Residenza Capri for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, we were swept off our feet by the amazing service—especially from the management team
The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space
We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging, shelves etc
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sounds of trains in and out of the station with windows open but we'll blocked with double panes when windows closed
The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby cities like Pompeii, Sorrento, and Rome
The breakfast had good options. The check in and check out process was very smooth and quick
Are is a bit gritty but great spot for convenient long distance and local transportation

Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable
You do not get a reduced rate for multiple nights so why a reduced service ?
The air conditioning did not seem to be able to be controlled which mean we were quite cold most of the time
The hotel is in an ideal location close to the harbour and beach. Lots of shops and dining options in the area within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful
When I enquired about some thing being provided early, even in the room, I was told - NO in no uncertain terms. The place lacked any atmosphere - especially the 'deserted' bar area
It seemed as though they did not expect people to stay for long so would not notice !
Some of our tours started very early meaning missing breakfast
Breakfast was not very impressive and the offering did not change for 9 days

right in the heart of Minori, walking distance to many great shops and restaurant, and right down the street from the sea
This hotel is in the heart of Minori and is extremely convenient to the square and the seaside
We also walked up to Ravello (difficult in the crazy heat) but definitely best way to get the great views. We loved the Suzy Beach bar at the front at Minori-perfect views and reasonable prices
I was ther at the very end of the season and perhaps that was the reason for the inconsistencies across the group experience
It's higher than most restaurants in England but it's a wonderful experience. The Italians really know how to do "il dolce far niente" well. It's contagious and therapeutic
A nice antipasti would have also been nice. That said, the staff did their best to keep their guests feel important and cared for. A special highlight needs to go to Alesia. This young man seemed to be everywhere
The quality of the hotel overall was superb. The multiple floors for relaxing in the sun right down to the pool area. Such a relaxing place to stay. Room was perfect, clean well appointed and spacious
This includes not only staff at the property, but also drivers the hotel assigns. Thanks to all the staff, including Stella and staff at front desk, staff at the pool/restaurant, and so on
The resort is an immaculate oasis and nearby towns of Vico Equense and Castellammare di Stabia provide an opportunity to enjoy more authentic experiences alongside bucket list items
Property is excellent, well maintained and luxurious. On top of that, each and every hotel staff made the stay one of the most pleasant and memorable ones
Perfect location to enjoy the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, Pompeii, Capri, Naples etc… but from a more peaceful and genuine vantage point
wonderful staff and management. love to return there time after time.
