The only downside is that the pool and private beach weren’t available during my stay since I visited in the off-season. But everything else was perfect!
Delightful little hotel just renovated in typical Mediterranean style. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Staff at the level of an extra luxury 5 star. Located practically on the sea
An enchanting place, a structure, not large, but where there is everything. Then the restaurant and the descent to the sea are heavenly. The staff is polite and prepared
The welcome was great, the room was clean and the view was great.
Thank you anyway for the gifts you gave us when we left, you and your team are great, we will come back with pleasure.

Everything was what we hoped for and more. the staff are so obliging and courteous. the breakfast , rooms and service was first class. a beautiful hotel set in a wonderful location on a convenient bus route
I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews—this hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars. Everything was spotless, my room had all the essentials like a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and even a private terrace
Ideal location 3 to 7 minute walk to the beach or main strip
Rooms are comfortable, clean, & A/C (also provided us a crib🙏🏼) Armando was attentive to everything we needed
Rosanna may suggest & I STRONGLY advise to attend any privately catered dinners or boat rides
First up, Rosanna, her son Armando, and their family are those very rare and special kind of hosts. Well informed, welcoming, prepared for anything, and just lovely people
The whole experience was incredible. We were treated like royalty second we got off the ferry. Our stay included & catered to our American needs/wants for breakfast
That they guided us expertly and compassionately through our visit’s medical tribulations only further proved the depth and integrity of their nature
Evertthing is super clean and the breakfasts home made
She is an outstanding individual who made us feel so welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Positano or anywhere on the Amalfi Coast! We look forward to staying here again
Everything about this place is amazing. The location, staff, rooms, breakfast and the views!!
Definitely recommend this place!
We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached. I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries
Clean and the staff is SO accommodating. View from balcony you can sit on is amazing. Concetta the concierge is wonderful and helpful. Leonardo is great and funny and welcoming. Close to everything restaurants
Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano
We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth. The room was clean and well kept
The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and bedding aid an excellent nights sleep and the beach is the perfect place to relax!
My husband and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary here in June...
Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay
I had the most amazing 3 day stay at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Sorento. The hotel has the most amazing views of the sea anywhere - the rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable
🍋 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍋
First the views from the rooms are spectacular over looking the Gulf of Naples! 😍
The grounds are absolutely stunning with lots of tropical trees and are beautifully landscaped
The breakfast buffet was okay, it was a bit heavy on the breads/carbohydrates for me. The interior of the of the hotel was all different hues of blues to match the Gulf of Naples!
The restaurant is outstanding and I had some great meals. I have to add that Jana arranged a private day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a real highlight of my stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good
To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center
It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that was probably personal preference
We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast
We were very happy with the staff, the hotel, dining options, the gardens and location. We highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting this beautiful city. You will not be disappointed.
It was a €1,20 fee but we paid it gladly to get up top! Only a three block walk from the top of the lift. We would love to return some day!

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room
We stayed here three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely accomodating helping us with a booking error we had made, as well as transportation back to Rome
What a beautiful spot! Room was excellent, great location within easy walking distance to the main town square and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
The Forte of this hotel is the staff. The reception front office staff are amazing. A very special mention to Valeria,
Claudio
Sebastiano
Ines
Valentina. Raffaele the restaurant host takes great care of his guests
Maria
Carmela from house keeping were fabulous 👌
We recommend this hotel VERY highly
I spent one night with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was good and the location of the hotel is great
ROOMS
Our room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, Castel dell’Ovo and Mount Vesuvius🌄 Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was an absolute highlight of our trip
It is served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the castle and the sea, which made our mornings even more enjoyable!
LOCATION
We are very glad that we chose to stay in this location
The location was great, the breakfast was on the roof with beautiful view on the Mediterranean sea, however the staff were not that great.
The hotel is situated in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the crowded city center (yet still within easy reach, a 15-20 minute walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we travel to Naples again
A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro and Serena for their exceptional hospitality!😊 They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable
STAFF
The staff were very attentive and kind. The reception team were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming
My single room actually had a comfortable bed and was on the back, without sea view but with a balcony on the swimming pool the main. I have appreciated the absolute silence
Hotel Grand de la Ville is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff are warm and attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views
Since we chartered a car for the trip, the hotel was easy to find and was very close to the beach, about a 20-minute walk. The room was just okay, with no view of the sea. The breakfast was great with lots of fruits
A wonderful place to stay in Sorrento
The really good hotels here are by the sea, have their own “cliff access”, their own beach
For this price, I will not come again for a hotel that is not by the sea and has no beach

The beauty and history of the property can be felt in every part of the experience, from the picturesque entrance and driveway, to the dreamy lobby, commanding terrace and captivating stairways
We’ve stayed at beautiful hotels around the world, but the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento is truly in a class of its own
From the moment you walk through the gates, the property feels like a private, elegant estate perched above the sea — lush gardens, citrus trees, manicured pathways, and a timeless sense of charm
Fresh pastries, fruit, Italian specialties, and made-to-order options, all enjoyed on a terrace with sweeping views… the perfect start to each day. Evenings at the hotel feel like a scene from a classic Italian film
And the sunsets — especially from the rooftop — are something we’ll never forget. Watching the sky fade into soft pinks over the marina with a glass of wine in hand was truly magical
There’s live music drifting through the gardens, guests settling in with an aperitivo, and a warm, elegant energy that makes you want to linger
I am highly satisfied with my stay, and the reception team deserves praise for their warm and professional service
Stayed for 1 night. Easy to find even at the night time.
They explained they couldn't provide metal cutlery past that time, but a plastic alternative was offered. Considering the price and location, I recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking a functional stay
Close to the train station and the surrounding area feels relatively safe, but the hotel itself is quite old.
This hotel has become my preferred choice for business travel. It offers a great location, excellent value for money, and a consistently pleasant experience
Excellent location 5 min walk from main station, hotel was quiet, clan and spacious, added bonus was breakfast which was really good, staff friendly

Beautiful location with amazing sea views. Adequate though a kettle in the room would have been a nice touch. Nice pool.
Spotless clean, ample space in rooms, beautiful patios, terrace and pool views are incredible ! Breakfast is plentiful, varied and fresh. The location is my favourite of the entire island
It is quiet and picturesque yet close enough to walk/drive to dinner
The best part of this stay is Feliciana! Her enthusiasm and bright smile made my day! (As well as little Bomba!) A wealth of information, she is prompt and professional. All of the staff at this hotel are incredibly kind
We had a great time at this hotel.
The room overlooked the coast, it was in walking distance to Ischia Ponte, the staff were really helpful. Perfect stay. Would highly recommend.
Spent 5 nights here in July after an amazing week at a resort in Forio. I was worried Hotel Don Felipe wouldn’t measure up, but wow, was I wrong! The view? Absolutely jaw-dropping
We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished
Watch out for the traffic! They may or may not stop for you in the crosswalk!! We enjoyed our experience! Ciao!
Everything was wonderful Staff, room.local, cleanliness,& all around good feeling
We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento
Staff are extremely helpful. Food was good with decent portions. Rooms could do with a little upgrade though. Location is excellent and the swimming pool was large with plenty of sun lounges.
Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location
It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine
Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!
Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent
The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay
We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip
We had to leave for the airport earlier than the hotel breakfast time the next morning, and upon checkout, they prepared a breakfast box that we had requested in advance, allowing us to enjoy a hearty breakfast at the airport
Beautiful hotel, everything was fine! Good food - especially macaroni 🫶🏻 great bar, beach and swimminig pool. A wonderful time and rest here :)
It’s a very clean hotel, the staff is amazing, Archangelo was our friend and was very helpful throughout our time there. The location is also very nice very close to the beach. And the bartender is the best
DJ Music blasting at the pool area till 12 midnight
Annoying … even ear plugs weren’t enough to quell it
The hotel is beautiful, the staff is polite, the food is incredibly delicious. First line of the sea. Comfortable sunbeds on the beach. I liked everything very much
Lunch and dinner were delicious, staff was kind and helpful, great view, renovated bathroom, daily maid service, decent wi-fi, clean swimming pool
Great place, great people, warm sea and great tears when I finally had to go back home. Definately reccomend. See you next time

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of!
As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them!
The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...
The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples
It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries
Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!!
For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms. For starters the A/C was terrible. We complained and nothing was done. The front desk just said " Go to dinner. go to lunch" it will be better when you get back
The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples
The breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was perfect with more large windows, stunning views, excellent food and a very professional staff. On our anniversary day we relaxed by the pool for awhile in the afternoon
We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with light snacks
We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom
A big surprise was the insanely good gym (very impressive equipment - best hotel gym I have ever seen by far) and the spa which was a mindblowing experience
When we got to our room the staff had sent us a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice with a handwritten note of congratulations! It was a nice surprise and really made us feel special
We had a fantastic stay at the Romeo, for one night, on our way from Napoli to Praiano (via Positano). It was booked on Hilton HHonors points, and I'm more than happy with the value for bed-and-breakfast
Location - don’t be sidetracked even located 100 meters from the beach but it is next to military facilities and industrial precinct so no luck to enjoy the beach!
30 min drive from historical Salerno which was very disappointing for us, train every 30 min, no service after 10 pm!
Breakfast was average, variety of hot food, serials and fruits
Congratulations and thank you to all the team at the novotel for their professionalism (thanks to the lifeguard for towels at the pool)
The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. Only minor downsides: cleaning is between 12–1 PM and the pool is a bit small
Amazing experience and very nice staff member. The pool is a plus.
Confusing experience for family visit
Someone called the room in the middle of the night for a few times so I am still confused as I was feeling it is a bit too much to answer the hotel phone after the midnight

This was our second time staying at Cocos Park, and we'll be back. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with all the trees and flowers. Breakfast is nice: meats, cheeses, sweets, juices, etc
The family running this B&B are extremely kind and helpful. I really feel like they truly care about their guests and I really appreciated all the efforts they made. It's a quiet area and the gardens are very nice
Vito makes the BEST cappuccino!
They also arranged to have a scooter brought to the hotel for us. We like the location because it's a quick ride to Poseidon, St Angelo, and our favorite restaurants
They offered to drive us to Forio, so these things are really helpful
Loved the breakfast, lots of variety, and delicious.

She provided great insights into sights/activities nearby and the easiest way to get to them. In particular, we had a challenging request of her that she was able to fulfill, much to our delight and surprise
All restaurant and bar staff were very professional and helpful. Our balcony faced southeast, so we had a spectacular view every morning as we had coffee every morning
Everything was perfect. The place is stunning, the stuff kind and helpful. Very clean and peaceful spaces. Food good like in a dream! Our staying was better than we thought! It's a real 5 star hotel.
After car rental problems in Salerno, we extended our stay at Hotel Raito from 4 to 6 nights, which allowed us to get a good feel for the hotel
The location is ideal; close to smaller towns and Salerno, yet far enough away to allow for peace and quiet along with spectacular views of the waterline below. Sharon at reception, was particularly helpful
Every little detail was taken care of with a smile, and it truly made all the difference. The rest of the team was just as lovely-always ready to help, always making sure we were comfortable and happy
If we go again we'd pay more to up grade the room? & eat out. Allso love'd the thermal spa Inside and out pools
We found it hard to agree on a definitive score for this hotel. Our first instinct was 3 stars, as the property is a little dated and some areas could use a refresh
However, there are many positives that made our stay enjoyable. The location is excellent — within easy walking distance of both Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte
I also found the floors in my room to be slippery, even though they were not wet, and I slipped a few times while wearing slippers and sneakers. WiFi was not great and barely worked in the hotel
This hotel as lovely gardens & views but the food isn't the best the cheapest rooms have problems with windows and doors not fitting well & so ants can get in
She came running up to look but instead of coming to help me or to ask if I was okay, she ran back down to retrieve the "Caution: wet floor" sign as there were other people coming down the stairs to breakfast
