No Wi-Fi and hotel refused to discount for lack of service. No hot water and had to involve Expedia to get that resolved. Highly recommend you find an alternate accommodation

This is a wonderful place for short stays in Naples. The accommodations are sufficient and Marco was an excellent host. The outside was a little scary upon arrival due to poor lighting and unclear directions, but once we were settled, all was great.

Terrible friendliness in managing the customer from his arrival to departure. In particular, breakfast was delivered late, often by incompetent people, non-existent sweets of the day, if not sometimes on request and differentiations were made with respect to the trolleys that were delivered to customers of other rooms ... The quality of the products offered, questionable, because in part they were not fresh. The service staff was rude throughout the stay, despite the flaws having been pointed out several times. Furthermore, the owner never showed up in person, but was only heard by telephone, justifying herself in her own way ... Shortcomings that unfortunately had a negative impact on the stay in this structure.

Good rooms, quite pricey
Decent flat, everything worked, good breakfast (but basic - you have to pay for extras like scrambled eggs) - friendly helpful staff espec Marco who sorted out our taxi for us. Great location but the street outside is very noisy when you exit the building (which had double glazing thankfully). Overall quite expensive for what it was, but we were happy there

Safe area, with nearby services, easy to reach from the central station, just one metro stop away and excellent for walking to the Duomo, Via dei Tribunals, San Gregorio Armeno, Via Toledo, etc. Very close to the archaeological museum and Naples underground, 2 metro stations for lines 1 and 2 within walking distance. Apartment on the 1st floor with lift. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast in the room, for gluten-free people a good artisan croissant. Comfortable beds even if the 3 added is smaller in size, but an adult up to 1.65 will fit. Very good cleanliness and availability. They leave luggage. A little cold and humid but this can be resolved with heating with convector heaters. Working wifi, flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower, bidet and heating. Double glazed windows and shutters. Small kitchenette, no fridge. It feels good and the noise from road traffic is resolved with earplugs.

No-one to check in, didn’t see one person in our 2 day stay. Felt dusty and old. Hairdryer was botched and stuck on with brown tape in bathroom. Would work for a traveller but not quite a getaway stay for a couple. Average overall, not much care into room.

The room Wasn't Clean , it had hair on the floor and generally has dust.. You need to do self check in , but it is organised well , with directions on the floor..The room is near the old town , you can find everything by foot..

Hotel charged my credit card on site and additional after the stay from the security backup of my credit card. Never got the money back. Tried to get back the money through the travel agent, but the hotel never responded.
Watch out: gentle nice stay to be scamed afterwards.

This place is great! You have easy walking distance transport and sight seeing and the owner and staff is very friend and helpful. The room is nicely themed, clean, has TV, blow dryer, WiFi, balcony, in-room shower and everything is clean and tidy. I recommend this place whole heartedly

The two younger people working when we checked in we're very accommodating. We got into Naples earlier than expected and the woman hurried to get our room ready which we greatly appreciated. There wasn't any sitting area for guests while checking in or a restroom to use so we had to go all the way down the block to find something. Breakfast is just coffee and desert pastries. The smallest b&b breakfast we've encountered on our tour of Europe. Room was very clean but no water pressure at all. It was like I was standing in the rain trying to wash my hair. Tv is as big as a computer screen but didn't bug us. We had never been to Naples before but we're pretty horrified by the filth of the city and the surrounding area. It's easily accessible by the metro. And the port is around a 15 min metro ride to capri or sorrento. Building is well secured.
