Great location. Probably the best in town. Good reasonable breakfast. Big bathroom, strong shower. Be aware that the hotel was not as in the shape it used to be (need renovation and the carpets need to be cleaned more constantly. You could feel the dust below your feet.)

Nothing good about it
Not the best place. Outdated hotel. Staff was very non-responsive. No one picked the phone in the lobby. They wouldn’t fill back breakfast fast enough. Coffee was horrible.

AC didn’t work in the room. Even after so many attempts to get it fixed, AC didn’t work.

The only thing this Hotel has going for it is the location...just cannot see a 4/5 star review unless we just got a bad room..
Look this place is very expensive for what I see as a 3 star stay. We paid an average of 300.00 euros a night ( 7 nights).
For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms...but you do not. Far less..
For starters the A/C was terrible. It did not work. We complained and nothing was done. It was 26 cel. In the room. The front desk just said " Go to dinner...go to lunch" it will be better when you get back..it never was. Its controlled by the front desk. You should not pay 300.00 euros per night and lie in bed sweating..which we did...just not acceptable...!!!
For this price you should have a water kettle or espresso machine in the room. No such thing. Not even a coffee cup. No tea...no water...no nothing. I think they want you to pay for breakfast..$$$.
Tiny..Tiny shower. Smallest shower ever in our travels...and thats saying a lot. Maybe..maybe 1 meter × 1 meter..do not drop the soap..!!!
Walls are thin, floors thin...you can hear your neighbors talking, coughing, flushing toilets, taking showers..dragging furniture..just a very noisy place. And forget about opening the window...!!!
The building is old, dated. Hallway smells.
Just nothing more than a 3 star stay in dire need of an update/ overhaul/ remodel....

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries.

Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a champagne. There is a parking lot downstairs which is very convenient.

We booked two stays at this hotel through one of my credit cards. I had to adjust our dates for our first stay but after more than one week of discussions with their reservation department both via phone and email, the hotel refused to adjust the dates and as a result I had to forfeit the reservation losing points/money. Our second stay was on our way back from visiting Sorrento prior to leaving to Sardegna. Knowing that I could not cancel we stayed. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is in a very nice area with walkable options for restaurants and the marina. The rooms felt dated and the AC was a big problem for us. Our room felt like an oven with no thermostat. I assume they control the temperature centrally. The hotel is also pricey and honestly the only reason I booked it was because I was using credit cards points which I lost on my first booking. In summary, I think staying at an Airbnb is a better and more affordable option. I do not recommend this hotel. The 1 star for service is because of my issue with the reservation department.

We came across this hotel on 1 night stop over through Naples. Hotel staff upgraded our room to the Junior suit. The room and view is amazing! Staff was wonderful.

Location was perfect: a place where you can safely disconnect from overcrowded areas of Napoli but still reach Centro Storico by walk through amazing streets.

I am celiac (need for gluten-free products with no cross-contamination) and the buffer was very nice. There was a GF corner with bread, croissants and single-packaged jam, also the typical scrumbbled eggs and bacon (all labeled as GF), and fresh fruit. I would recommend It for celiac, since the buffet is small and cross-contamination control is easier to handle.

The staff were also very kind. I would give 4/5 because of the price, a bit expensive in my opinion.

Really tidy rooms, cozy as well! Lots of room!

Our room was adjusted for wheelchair users so if you need those adjustments - you should be well taken care of.
The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there.

The elevator was rather small but can fit 4 and their suitcases a bit snugly.

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of!
As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them!

The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you choose.

All in all, a wonderful stay!
