This hotel is next to the train and bus station, got the bus from the airport and the hotel was a 2 minute walk, I was using this area for both the train station and tube, the hotel staff were good, nice and friendly, the rooms were pretty good size, breakfast gave you a good start to the day. Left my bag on the last day because my flight was later that evening, so no need to carry it around and charged my phone up before I left, the area outside the hotel is not the greatest but was safe, like all train stations people are coming and going so pretty busy, always police around the area but they are all over the city.

Nice room, too bad there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that woke me up in the morning along with the ****** at 7:30 that came from the breakfast room.
My cappuccino didn't taste good, I think the milk was lost.
But all in all it's not bad.
I would go back because the location is super central and the design is very cute, but I would bring a pair of earplugs with me 🧐

Pros: there is a reception, breakfast was included - you won't go hungry, the trash was cleaned in the room and that's it.
Cons:
I took a Citytax at the hotel for a child of 11 years old. The website says 6€, in fact they asked for 14€. They took the money, but didn't give me a receipt. Then the next day another administrator started asking for 14€ again. Horrible.
No soundproofing, you can hear both the neighboring rooms and the street.
The area looks dangerous. It's better to choose accommodation closer to the center or Vomero.

Terrible. The entrance is abandoned, peeling walls, very dirty, with an abandoned appearance, filth, cigarette butts, dust, the worst, unthinkable that a hotel works in a place like this. The most shocking: the stairs at the entrance, three flights of stairs without an elevator or staff to carry suitcases. A lack of respect. The rooms are tiny, with very modest furniture. The positive thing is that they were neat and with air conditioning. The area is very close to the central station, which is good, but the neighborhood is very complicated, unsafe and very noisy.

I confirm three stars that it has, excellent service.. 70s/80s rooms to be reviewed air conditioning and visible humidity in the ceilings. Excellent location with private beach included. On Tuesdays there is an interesting morning market.

When arriving at the hotel, they refused to give my room, saying "is all complete" and "is too late". Obviously, they took the money from the reservation without refund. They are simply criminals, is not a hotel. Be careful and avoid the place.

Room not suitable for 2 people, because it is narrow and the beds are not new. New bathroom with some critical issues. Very kind and helpful staff, breakfast could be improved. Good location to the station and the metro.

I'm going to confirm what many other guests already commented. This hotel is a scam, they show you photos of the best room they have and you end up in a completely different one. I booked a double room for two adults fooled by the pictures and the overall score (7.3) on ***********, When I arrived I was offered a tiny room with a large single bed, which they claimed was a double (check the attached photo) and when I complained they offered me a room with a bunk bed! The hotel has 3 stars but it deserves 1. The bathroom is tiny and stinks of sewage, the sound insulation doesn't exist and you can hear all the guests arriving, banging the doors etc. There was a safe in the room which wasn't even attached to the wall, the breakfast included was poor. On top of that the hotel is located in one of the dodgiest areas in the city. The positive things - it's near the central station, but with a good metro system in the city it's not a big deal. I was also charged additionally 3,5€ per day per person as a tourist tax, apparently it is a price for a 4 star hotel, a 3 star should charge 2,5€.

This was the worst experience of my life. I made a reservation for the hotel, and when I got there, the receptionist said the hotel was full and that I should go to an airbnb in 4 hours. She said to leave the luggage with her and return in 4 hours (after a long flight, can you imagine it?). I was very disappointed and tried to overcome this problem, but she was rude and apparently (from what I observed at the time I was there ) they do this frequently, so they only use the hotel, but they send some people to the airbnb. At the same time, the airbnb was in a really bad looking building. I was terrified, it was the worst experience of my life. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!
