Hotel Naples in Naples

This hotel is far from a 4-star hotel rating, except for room pricing. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. There was no pot to boil water for tea, and the shower gel bottle was empty. My accommodation rating is 2 stars, max. Their primary business is a dorm room for the nearby University. Their service matches the dormitory level. All hotel staff treat every guest as a student with dry smiles and very minimal responses to questions or requests. Some reviews said the hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing, but it depends on what you want to see. I should have researched the hotel more before booking.

Don’t book a stay here
We just stayed at the hotel. Not 4 stars at all. More like 2 or maximum 3. The room was TINY. No room to move around. The aircondition is super noisy (more so than what is usually considered fair). The rooms DO NOT look like the pictures you see when you book the hotel. Most annoyingly the breakfast was just awful. The juice tasted like it had been watered down to the point where you might as well just take a glass of tap water. The toaster did not really work (had to use it 6-7 times to properly heat your bread. The pancakes were always cold, and many of the condiments were lacking. The coffee was probably brewed last month. The only plus about this hotel is the location, which in all honesty is great for seeing Naples. With more transparency about what you get when you book there - and a few investments into a proper breakfast (maybe the owner is cheap) this could potentially be a better hotel down the road.

We parked in the hotel's parking space and they came out from inside in a bad way to chase us out. We had to explain that we were guests. They only give you a card for the room that you then have to use to have electricity. If you have to go out you have to choose whether to stay outside or without electricity. Broken glass in the room and lots of hair, torn towels. The shower in the bathroom hits the wall when you turn it on. The breakfast was scarce and with little variety, basically coffee with croissant. The experience was not good. I hope they can improve!
