A lovely converted flat with several rooms in an old palazzo, right in the middle of the old town of Naples. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and what you lose out on in terms of traditional hotel amenities, you gain in being within walking distance of the cathedral, the archaeological museum and all the good restaurants. Not perfect by any means, but excellent value for money.

I strongly advise you not to go there, the windows don't close, not even the room doors close, there is a shared kitchen where you have to cook, they don't change the sheets and towels, you have to make do with everything yourself.

Positioned in the historic area, Via dei Tribunali, this house has 4 rooms, kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, stove) It is located in a residential building, quiet area.

Great localization,in center of Napoli. Room was very uncomfortable, stinky climatization, very hard bed.

Stayed for some days, not to much to say, just to go to sleep, and take a shower

The welcome was non-existent as was the cleaning of the rooms and common areas. Dark and very small room for three people: the third bed was small and uncomfortable, it looked more like a bed for children than for adults. Trash in my room emptied in three days and we had to take out the trash and change the bag. The area is close enough to the center but for three girls to return in the evening it is not very safe in fact the locals advised us against the streets adjacent to the structure because they are dark and frequented by disreputable people. Not recommended

I will take legal action for the owner's response as he has made statements that I have not made. See you in the appropriate venue

We stayed in this apartment in the last week of 2022, we were greeted with a scent of "boiled cabbage" in the common room, however this is also Naples and its characteristic neighborhoods, the apartment is located in the central area of the center historic useful for visiting the cribs of San Gregorio Armeno and the streets of spaccanapoli, a sore point is the cleaning of the bathroom and furnishings, the owner is advised to use a good "ANTI-CALCARE" to clean, and a good duster

+: the location in the heart of Naples. Deco and blankets available.
- : it is a shared apartment. So can be noisy depending on who you share the living room kitchen with.
A real bed and breakfast means being welcomed by someone who lives there. That is not the case here. And the welcome is the coldest I have ever had in Italy.

The place is not bad, but it has 3 gigantic flaws:
1. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and we couldn't figure out where it came from, so no action was taken
2. The Wi-Fi does not reach all the rooms, but only in the living room and, although very weak, in some rooms. For the telephone network (at least in the case of Vodafone) it is even worse.
3. The alley where the B&B is located is not the best in Naples
