When we arrived at the hotel, the room we had booked was not available. Instead, we were offered a family room with a kitchen. We got more than we expected. Lots of snacks for breakfast, good coffee. We stayed for 3 nights. They didn't change the towels and bedding, but the room was cleaned every day. One day we found cookies left in the room as a compliment. We are very grateful for our stay.

Naples is the dirtiest city in Europe. Feces all over the streets. Dangerous neighborhood.

Recommend. Comfortable and nice atmosphere. Pretty quiet considering the area and the fact it’s Napoli! The cleaning staff were very patient and kind. Little blonde pastries in the morning were great. The location is very convenient and central 💞

Carafa Suite is in a great location very near the Duomo Metro underground rail station. My room was on the fifth floor. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the necessary amenities were there including a skylight panel allowing views of nearby rooftops. The apartments are easily accessible from a common kitchenette fitted with a number of amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Fresh pastry were prepared and allocated for each tenant on a morning basis to give you that extra spring to the start of the day. The host was friendly and helpful with ensuring your time at the Carafa Suite is relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended as it is also great value for money

Pros:
- owner is vey helpful. Suff is very nice.
- excellent location.
- room is well equiped.
- nice breakfast with fresh sfoglietelle!
- I liked the building with the huge wooden gate. If you enjoy a city like Napoli you will like it too.

Cons:
- the room design is a liitle bit too grey and unispired to my taste, but that's not that important unless the other thing:
- when I booked the place the price was said to be very cheap. then after booking I noticed in a side note that the actual price is more then double. The real price is average and acceptable for a room in this location and season but this practice is dishonest and false advertising!

Clean room and very nice staff. The lady welcomed us, giving us the information to be able to visit the city independently. Excellent location to be able to visit the center on foot.

SERIOUSNESS AND FRIENDLYNESS IN A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
The b & b is located in the historic center a few steps from S. Gregorio Armeno. The owner is kind, reserved and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The surprise of the morning was the hot croissants even though there was everything you need to have breakfast. We will definitely be back.
