Absolutely loved this hotel! Decor was lovely and modern and room had everything we needed. Had a lovely balcony with table and chairs, a good sized mini fridge and was very nice to be able to access TV that was in our language and also Netflix and Amazon! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered too! Great location, 5 minute walk from the train station and about 10/15 minute walk to the ferries with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend, great stay guaranteed!

Very nice, clean hotel, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to the train station, close to some good restaurants and cafes, and close to the meeting spots for our tours. The staff was very friendly and gave us a coupon for the restaurant next door where we had a very delicious lunch. We did try the breakfast at the hotel one morning, but it was okay, and I'd recommend going to a cafe for breakfast.

Great, clean centrally based hotel. Perfectly situated for exploring Sorrento. The staff were helpful and breakfast was ample. Would recommend.

Pros:
Great location; walkable distance to restaurants and Pizza Tasso.

Cons:

3 stars because:
1. Shower was leaking water badly.
2. Sink was pretty clogged
3. Every time when the AC was starting the electricity was going off for 1-2 seconds.

Finally had a room with working AC! Although electric interruptions occured daily, it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was spacious and fit my needs. The surrounding area is full of food and adventure. This a great place to stay when you are in Sorrento.

Great little place to stay in the bustling city of Sorrento. Very nice rooms and perfectly working AC! You can walk anywhere in this city.

Perfect location! The hotel is just a short walk downhill from the train station. Convenient for getting around.

I had to book a room well in advance for the National Day holiday; if you want to book, definitely book ahead, as hotels in Sorrento are quite popular.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but in a luxury resort like this, it's enough to fill you up.

We couldn't have enjoyed our four-night stay in Sorrento more. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were a great size, very clean, and offered excellent views of the main street.
The location was perfect. We were just a five-minute walk from the main square with all the restaurants and shops, and only a ten-minute walk from the main marina. Having the bus and train station just a block away made getting around so easy. It was also conveniently close to the main pick-up areas for our day excursions.

Biggest advantage: Location. Sorrento Station and CITA bus stop to Amalfi and Positano are just 1 minute away. Even the cafe next door sells bus tickets.

Advantage: Breakfast is clean, although there are few varieties.

There are supermarkets and shopping districts nearby.

Capri and other ferry docks are within walking distance.
However, the distance is a bit thrilling.

Disadvantage: No refrigerator in the room. There is a hair dryer, coffee pot, etc.

A bit noisy at night.
