Maison Tofani in Sorrento

Room was just like in the picture however the nice jacuzzi shower promoted as a point of sale did not work. Also I usually have no issue but room was loud, so it would not be suitable for light sleepers! But it was a lovely period house with friendly and helpful staff and location is very good too with nice restaurants around! Lastly, This is more like a b&b than a luxury hotel, but overall a good experience with nice and helpful staff!

We had an amazing stay here! The room was large and comfortable and could not be a more convenient location. The little balcony overlooking the street down below was a nice touch! Breakfast was great with a lot of different options, though you have to get there on the earlier side for any hot food to be left! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

No matter how you look at it, there's nothing to detract from. This is a wonderful hotel that will stay in my memory forever!
The location is on a busy street lined with souvenir shops and restaurants, so there's no shortage of shopping and dining. With the windows closed in my room, I couldn't hear the hustle and bustle, making my hotel stay comfortable!
Just one step away from the busy street is the courtyard where the reception is located. The excitement is incredible, even from this courtyard.
I climbed the stone staircase to my room. It may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
However, the stone steps are charming, and my expectations grew with each climb.
And what an amazing room! The blue-based interior, wooden ceiling, and tall windows that open onto a small balcony! It was more than spacious enough. Even the room lock was cute.
The spacious tiled bathroom had a bathtub and jetted tub, and three showers with hot water, each with its own setting. There was plenty of water. The amenities were lovely, too.
It was a blissful moment watching the accordion player play cheerful music outside from the balcony.
The rooftop was a beautiful location, with relaxing sofas, greenery, and a terrace with a view of the sea.
The breakfast area was also lovely. Passing through the tall, classically decorated doors, you entered a room with a beautiful ceiling painting.
The table settings were also delightful. The menu was so extensive that it was hard to decide what to eat. Cakes and sweet treats were also available. There was also a terrace, so you could enjoy breakfast in comfort on nice days. Breakfast was from 8:00 to 10:00, but we used both hours to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
The kind staff member at the breakfast area spoke in a laid-back manner that suited the atmosphere, and he was polite to us even though our English was poor.
And the owner's pet turtle, Chippa, was so cute and sociable! We fell in love with him!
The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and my two-night stay became a wonderful memory. It's a treasure I'll never forget.
I highly recommend this hotel.

If you’re visiting Sorrento this hotel is perfectly located in the main square with lots of great food options and cute shops. The staff here are so welcoming, helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The rooms are large, with lots of character and very clean. When I come back to Sorrento I would definitely hear again!

We loved the location of this property in the heart of Sorrento’s city centre. The boutique property was traditional preserved Italian villa style. Loved that breakfast was included and the overall service was superior and very accommodating.

Fantastic overnight stay at Maison Tofani. Super convenient location and attentive staff made everything easy for us to make the most of our short time in Sorrento. Great breakfast in a beautiful room!

+ The hotel is aptly located in the center where the hustle bustle, shopping street is. 10mins walk from the station. The hotel staff is very courteous and nice however not all on staff know English and that can be challenging. We only had Breakfaat but being vegetarian / vegan still we could have options. The spread is very good in general.
- Language - not everyone knows English . If you have problem climbing - the stairs can be challenging. We were comfortable and fit to climb . The Elevator is on first floor which is helpful

Very clean and cozy room at a great location that is easy to find. Cleanliness is top-notch even better than some of the international chains. breakfast was a pleasant surprise. it has everything I want for a vacation stay.
