Numa Roma GuestHouse in Rome

Clean, recently remodeled rooms in a nice part of Prati, just a short walk away from Piazza del Popolo. Do note that these rooms are more self-service, although I was able to get help via Whatsapp without any issues. Great if you're planning on visiting the Vatican and the other main sights in Rome!

Do keep in mind that the rooms are on the 4th floor, and the elevator is quite... old (but still usable).

I stayed here for four nights and I loved it! The room is so nice and very clean everyday! The service was so great. The staff are so friendly and they make sure they provide everything that I needed during my stay. The place is so quiet, close to some attractions and has a lot of restaurants, groceries, gelateria, and pizzeria nearby. I felt safe during my whole stay as well. I love their elevator. It was so cool. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Stayed for 2 nights at Numa Roma, nice and cozy, excellent location for walking around, shopping, eating…

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference nearby. The place is very easy to miss, with just two giant wooden doors and no obvious signage indicating that the rooms are there. This isn't a hotel, instead it's a collection of rooms, in a multi-function building.

Once you get through the main doors (which you need a code for), you take a lift, or stairs to the fourth floor. Another code gets you through another set of doors and then there is a small lobby area with maybe 6 or 8 rooms. There are no staff present.

My room was of a very nice standard and very well presented. I had a Nespresso machine and kettle along with the usual features, however there is no iron.

The room was cleaned every day but I never saw any staff.

The location was perfect for me and as these are just rooms, there is no bar or restaurant so I ventured out to find breakfast and dinner each day, but there are so many options nearby it really wasn't an issue.

Great place and great location, I would recommend, just don't expect it to be a hotel

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Rome, and the experience was excellent. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the authentic Italian charm of the place. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Rome.

Lovely guesthouse, with modern and comfy rooms, and nice ammenities! Only downsides was that the shower had problems with delivering warm water, and very little storage space in the room and very thin walls that let a lot of noise through. Other than that I recommend it.

I felt like at home. It was the typical building in Rome but it was all new inside. Perfect service and staff.

I loved my stay in Curi room, super nice! I’ve been in Rome for fun and the guesthouse was what I was looking for. Perfect location and super kind staff.
