I'd stay here again.
I stayed in a private room with a shared bath. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. Recycling receptacles were available. The owners were friendly and helpful. Location near the central train station made arrival and departure a breeze. Fabulous gelateria was a nightly 3 block walk. I could not get my Saily internet working so...
It's a cozy and nice hostel with only one room for 4 people. Since there are few guests, the draw was good and I got some good people. I think I'll go there next time I stay in Rome.
I am definitely coming back to stay in this property if I am in Rome.
Good location, charging port next to bed didn’t work but they had many charging areas that were away from the bed. Not sure where to get new clean towels
The boss's service is very good, the first choice for youth hostels!
Its a house so has more of a personal feel. The living room is quite comfortable and the location is very central. Owners are also friendly and accommodating. Room has large lockers

The staff were very helpful, there is free luggage storage as well and it's very close to everything. You get all your basic amenities as well. Kudos to the hotel staff
We had our own room and restroom. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were amazing! Johnny was very nice and helpful during our short stay. They came in daily to make the beds. Was not expecting that but it was nice after our long days in Rome. He even recommended a restaurant a street over that we enjoyed. Some people mention this area is dangerous. I didn’t feel that way in the...
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rome! The host, Mabri, was extremely kind and helpful in sharing the best places to visit. Located very close to the Rome train station, we were able to walk to the property upon arriving and then walk throughout Rome during our trip without needing to take the bus or train one time. The facilities were much better than I expected for the price we paid...
What a great hidden secret gem. Room was large, clean, easy to find. Many options for eating. Walkable to all attractions 20-30 mins. I highly recommend
We had a great stay at Funny Palace! The staff was very kind and gave us AMAZING recommendations on how to navigate Rome. One of the owners/managers (I’m assuming) used to be a tour guide, and annotated a map showing us the most efficient way to see Rome, and highlighted any key spots we should visit. The accommodation was very close to a train station, but we only used it when we entered/exited Rome...
Decent place in a great location for a very affordable price. Reception was very kind and helpful.

🌞 From seashore 4 min
The location was excellent — within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sorrento’s main attractions. However, the hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach.
The hotel was very clean. There was a separate ironing room available. The hairdryer was quite old and not very powerful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but offered enough variety.
The hotel is about 1 km from Sorrento train station, and the uphill and downhill walk with suitcases was a bit tiring. We originally booked a family room with a suite, but we were actually given a quadruple room. After communication, we found out that the photos on Ctrip were wrong, and the quadruple room did not have a suite.
Nice atmosphere and location. Anything very good but little bit poor electric and wifi environment.
We had a great stay. Great location nearby to the city center and about 15 min walk to the train station and the port. Good value proposition, especially compared to other places in the area. A big thank you to Giuseppe at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities that really made our trip special. Would...
Comfortable room excellent breakfast service
Well-reviewed hotels. There are not many types of hotels in Sorrento, most of them are B&Bs. If you like hotels with 24-hour front desk, this is a good choice. We arrived late at night and he recommended a restaurant to us which was delicious.

Florence, Via Santa Monaca, 6, 50124 Florentsiya, Toskana, Italiya 🧭 Map
I booked this hostel from October 29th to November 14th of 2025. It was my first hostel (pretty much) and first time solo traveling. I needed a place cheap where to stay for 2 weeks. I thought that the fact that it was an old convent was cool. I was in boarding school back in Cuba (worst than this hostel), so I knew I could do it.
On top of everything I stayed in a 16 mix bed. The smells was the first...
Definitely not a modern hostel but still a fair place to stay at. It’s very central and good if all you need is a place to sleep and to shower.
The environment is a kinda dark which made me feel a bit unsafe, since I was in a mixed dorm and felt a little uncomfortable, but that’s just personal experience and not the hostels fault.
The hostel is what you’d expect from one, with the essentials you need
It’s a fine hostel to stay in Florence and quite well located. The facilities were also good with separate bathrooms and showers. I stayed at a 16 people mixed dorm, and although the amount of people, it didn’t feel suffocating or hot, due to the AC. From personal experience, there were times that i felt unsafe and quite anxious staying at a mixed dorm, yet that is not the hostels fault. It’s what...
i LOVED this hostel! despite the funky smells in the bathroom (not too bad though). the building itself is so gorgeous, with a lot of space and beautiful ceilings and floors. the room’s ensuite was tucked away enough to not disturb sleep, and had plenty of showers, toilets & sinks for the 9 other girls i shared the room with! the lockers were also relatively large. it’s also situated in a great location...
The guy at check-in was speedy and got into our rooms in short order. We booked the cheapest 22 person room, and it's much more tolerable than you'd think. Clean beds, ok showers, communal kitchen for basic cooking with pots and pans. Close proximity (2 blocks) to the bridge crossing the Arno River for all the sight seeing.
Stayed in the huge 22 bed room. Not actually as bad as expected, it's like a military barracks style but didn't actually get too stuffy. One big minus is there aren't any power outlets near the bunks. Everyone plugs into a power strip next to the door. Dealbreaker imo, for security and convenience (wake up alarms..)

The place is nice and I had a great time
No elevator, small restroom and not clean. No privacy with the beds. Did not clean room every day. Had to pay extra for bedsheets. 5 min walk from train and bus station
You can meet interesting people here. If you’re lucky with your neighbors - you can rest here at night as well.
Great Hostel in a pretty good location, it is right next to the metro
However it is hard to sleep past 8 in the summer because it gets very hot in the rooms
Was a cheap hostel, the staff in there were super friendly to me even without speaking Italian. Had a whole kitchen and fridge plus freezer to use and free wifi
Staff was good and helpful. They guided us where to visit in Milan and how to go .Rooms were very tidy .Only thing to consider is check-in time that confirm your time with hostel before booking.

San Lorenzo Guest House offers value for its accommodation. It is a small hotel the single bed was smaller than a twin size, but still sufficient. The pillows were a bit flat and I couldn't find how to turn off the lights from the bed so had to walk toward the door to do so.

I really enjoyed my stay at San Lorenzo One , The location is excellent, close to public transport, Termini station, and many cafés and restaurants in the lively San Lorenzo area. We had a nice stay in Rome, the hostel is cheap and the San Lorenzo district is great, many nice people, students, many bars and pizzerias and stuff. Toilets we're a little disgusting but in gereral it's very okay, there's a kitchen, people are nice... We can recommend :)
When I was planning my trip to Rome, Italy, I looked for guest houses that were closer to the attractions I wanted to see. There were numerous options, and after careful consideration, I chose San Lorenzo guest house. Given that I am a student, the rates on the internet appeared to be reasonable. The room is actually better than it looks in the pictures; it's different from what's shown.
Very clean and very accomodating.
The room was clean. We didn't spend much time in it, but we were pleasantly surprised that there was a radiator that actually heated the room, which is quite rare nowadays 😁. It was very warm.

Central Hostal Milano was the 8th hostel I stayed at during my 24-day Europe tour. While it offered a quiet and comfortable stay overall, the check-in process was unnecessarily inconvenient. After walking 15 minutes from Milano Centrale Station with heavy luggage, I was goven keys and was told I had to go to different location to find the room—another 10 minutes back toward the station. In total, I...
Very good for the price. Quiet, clean, close to the central station (about 10 min) and 2 metro lines (4 min). Very fast WiFi. Extremely friendly staff.
Nice access. Very stable and fast wifi ( the fasted one I got during my stays in the hostels of Italy.

The place is peaceful and lovely. The sisters are very friendly, patient, helpful. The rooms are large, well air conditioned, and replenished with fresh towels daily. The city connections are great. The tram is only a few steps away. Sublime
Good location in a cool area. Quiet and friendly with helpful staff. Nice garden area but was communal which I had not been aware of prior to arrival. Rooms were comfortable with a fan but would benefit from some sort of curtains or makeshift barriers to block lighting between beds for night-time. Beds also were not sturdy and creaked a lot, disturbing sleep. Communal bathroom was smelly and dirty
Very very nice hostel for women. Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller, felt right at home and could visit all tourist attraction via walking.

We really enjoyed staying here! The staff was very kind and accommodating. My bed was comfy, room was clean and large, I felt very safe, and the showers and bathrooms were nice! I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Rome on a budget.
I spent there 5 nights. It was peaceful. There is a heating system, showers and hot water. I see that the place ( esp toilets) could be more clean and it needs renovation. There are two rooms separated by a 3/4 wall so it was a bit noisy. The staff are nice and helpful. The guests ladies are very nice, and the place is very safe! It is a good place to stay if one is visiting Rome for a few days.
Was a beautiful place to stay in old Rome. They are a non profit organization that helps aspiring female artists and women in need (something to that extent). It is also a women's only hostel, sorry guys. I felt very safe here and It was very clean. Beautiful, delicious cafe with very authentic food in the center of the complex where the hostel is located. We stayed at Rome Experience after a long day of cycling and were really pleasantly surprised. The little courtyard for storing our bikes was perfect, the location was super easy to find, and the receptionist was genuinely lovely and so helpful. The room, toilet and shower were all clean and totally great for a hostel. Honestly, nothing to complain about — a solid 5-star hostel stay. Very happy overall
It's fairly bare bones kinda place. There is a nice rooftop hangout spot. The bunk rooms are very basic. The power outlets are scarce, not good ventilation and crowded. No fan or AC, and lots of traffic noise, which is actually a blessing. Bathroom are barely adequate. Great location if you want to catch an early train. Convenience store and dinning very close. It does the job, but aint the...
Very hospitable people. They do late check-in and te rooms are very tidy and clean. The washrooms are well maintained and the building has air-conditioning.
Good and quiet hostel, I've been to worse and better. The people are really nice, and I would especially like to thank Kleber at the reception for helping me with everything I needed. If I were to suggest something for the hostel, it would be to put at least one fan in each room, provide individual safes to store your belongings and also plugs in each bed Plugs, in my experience, are pretty sparse...
It was good, booked very last minute, the day before arriving Rome, and it was a very reasonable price for the last minute. The pictures are not as shown, but it’s still a good opportunity, has a bed and the people you share the room with are also in the same position as you are, so it’s not as unbearable as you might think.
Klever was one of the staff I met and very kind and nice.

I appreciate the staff and the energy of this hostel. This place really grew on me. You can walk 2km and Colosseum is there as well as the view from just toilet or terrace is very beautiful. The price wasnt bad at all considering the fiera was on and the staff were super friendly. Im normally not a fan of hostels but it felt safe.
Really Good Vibe, Live concerts, DJ set , social dinner and Big Bar for meet a lot of Peple from all around the world
Great hostel, social atmosphere and coordinated events and specials even in the off season. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is hit or miss.
Good social hostel, close to beach and local transport with good staff. Only issue is the price.
Is a good place if you want to meet new people, there are many things that can be improved.
But the staff's service was 10/10. Special mention to Jhon, Elsa, and Fernando. They are very nice people and very professional.
Excellent, two things could be improved.
I spent two days at this property, and it's in an excellent location. I booked a room for six people. Space was a bit tight, especially when getting in and out.
This property also has a private pool, but it lacks a shower or a fountain to clean off the sand.
Overall, we had a good time.

The hostel itself is fine. I did love a lot of things here. But, two things which I think need to be beter are:
1. The bathroom floors need to be cleaned more often. Especially because a lot of men are going standing up at the toilet so everything around the toilets is with pis.. and the toilet is infront of the shower.. there is so much durt on the floor in the bathrooms..

It's very cold in winter since common places are always opened by window, but you can warm the bedrooms.
The only negative imI would say is that the rooms can be very cold in winter. Luckily I came prepared. But other than that, it provided what I wanted...a clean room and a place to take a shower. The water in particular was pretty good. Some places, water takes a long time to heat, but not here.

The cleanliness and amenities were comparable to a regular hostel. I would give 5 Stars if it was for the location alone. But... I think this place needs a little makeover. I know it is a hostel and that's fine but even though, the rooms and especially the bathrooms need some renewal. Although the bathroom has some defects (the bulging door at the bottom that does not close well and the shower head that leaks everywhere), I have to give 5 stars for the comfort, the availability, the refreshment point inside, and a kitchen used by customers. Very comfortable bed, warm and cozy room. Courtesy and availability at the reception. Recommended.
Perfect no frills accommodation for an overnight. Close to metro station.
The room we got could have better shower. Also, about the property kitchen they offered, is filthy, dirty, no air circulation, no utensils ( spoon-fork) available.
The tap water is only available at kitchen sink which was full of leftover dirty dishes.
The hospitality of staff was great and had good communication.
The hotel service is very good. When we arrived early in the morning, we were taught how to check in by ourselves and we could store our luggage the next day.
Handy location, next to a metro station. The room is unique and quite pretty/artistic. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I think what I liked least was what I paid for what they offered. The room size is correct, but the refrigerator did not work, the toilet pump failed a lot, it did not have blackout curtains to keep out the light in the morning and in the shower the water comes out with very little force.
