Great hotel, 7 min walk to station. Good location to reach areas like Trevi, colosseum, airport etc. staff friendly.

Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro station. Helpful and very polite staff, and a very clean room.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.
As a downside, there was no heating in the bathroom. However, there was hot water available 24/7.

The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge. However, there's no coffee maker or kettle. There's no sofa in the room, just a very small desk. The sink in the bathroom was leaking a bit; I woke up to find water on the floor. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options. And the coffee was quite good.

Small space but not too far from the Metro Line A which is all you need to be near to visit Rome's biggest attractions. Very clean and modern as well.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the shower door was misaligned and never fixed. The lift was not working on the first day, though a porter helped carry our luggage for free. Location is about a 9-minute walk to the bus/metro station. There was no free twin room option and the upgrade was mandatory, as split beds were not possible for the room we booked, which was disappointing. The upgrade made the stay expensive, and the price dropped significantly afterwards, so booking early on Trip.com did not feel worth the value.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by the kindness and warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

The team was always available, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We were especially touched by the handwritten welcome note in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! We were also offered welcome drinks, which was a lovely gesture after our trip.

The room was spotless, and everything was extremely clean. Sheets and towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated.

The hotel is located very close to a metro station, which made it easy to reach the center of Rome during the day. In the evenings, however, we chose to stay in the area to avoid the hassle of traveling back late – and we were happy to find nice local options nearby.

On our last night, we were pleasantly surprised with a small farewell gift from the hotel – such a sweet way to end our stay and something we will always remember.

A big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Love this hotel! The staff are so amazing and friendly that they upgraded our room without us asking! It included breakfast with the booking! A lot of variety of food to choose from. The room is so clean and smells so good! They clean up for us every day as well. Definitely the best stay in our entire Europe trip! 💕✨
