Locks on doors not as shown in pics. E-locks. Ours literally started to become loose on Wednesday and came off completely today. Tried to message and call the “owner”. No reply. Had to book emergency accommodation for last night. Location is great. Room is not in as good condition as the pictures show. Hot water is ok at best. No air con. WiFi unreliable and v slow.

Would’ve appreciated if they informed us that the air conditioning was not working. We needed to open the window and that was a bother because of the noisy traffic. The beddings were also questionable as they had an unpleasant odor. We checked out after the first day. Look elsewhere!

We stayed in the Interno B&B for 3 nights in December . On arrival we were met by the friendly Giuseppe who gave us recommendations on local restaurants and Xmas attractions in the city. The apartment was in a fantastic location. walking distance to the Vatican City and local Metro stops. We recommend visiting the bakery opposite the local cinema and a the pizzeria next door to it too! All rooms were clean and decorated and furnished to a high standard. The neighbours were all very welcoming. Overall we couldn’t give the Interno anything less than a 5 stars

The building is a bit old and dusty in the hallway, which gives the impression that it will be bad inside, but the room is great, as in the photos. What I really thought was bad was having to schedule a time to check in, I hadn't seen that in the hotel description. As I didn't know what time I would arrive, it ended up being a problem for me as he wanted this information in advance. And when I chose a time, he said he would be there at another time, which left me very confused. Despite all the confusion with check-in, the guy who welcomed us was very nice, polite and helpful. He suggested a restaurant without us even asking. And when we asked the best way to get to the airport, they were also super helpful.

I had a really great time, very convenient as it is close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. Very welcoming room, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Giuseppe and the owner were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was a bed and breakfast and we didn't get any breakfast. We didn't have air conditioning. WiFi wasn't working properly. The bed was very hard. We were charged with more money than the other hotel we stayed before.

I went with my husband last week. Upon entering, everything seemed to be in order, however after Giuseppe left and after having paid the bill in advance including the tourist tax, we realized that the television did not work, the radiator was leaking water, so it was turned off, we were on ice and the hot water was a optional. Last day just ice cold. Tried to contact the owner and was told she had hot water. In short, absolutely NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED, despite the availability of Giuseppe who, not being the owner, could do very little. Only good thing comfortable bed and pillows. Rated 3 for wanting to be very magnanimous.
