The room walls where damaged you should give manteinance to them more often, there's no extraction in the room bathroom or it was no working and the hotel reception smelled like sweat all the time

The location was fantastic, with a clean room and extremely helpful and courteous staff.

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron. They were very responsive and friendly. Will highly recommend and stay again in the future. Location great, in front of scooter and bike rental and bus stop.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style, it was pleasant. Nice touch was a young lady serving the coffee from machine. She remembers your preference each morning. Nice attention to detail.
Room was ok, nothing glamourous but clean. Only issue i would say is our room did no way have any soundproofing. We could hear outside conversations on street or lobby very clear like a window was open. Perhaps other rooms are better but 101 isnt ideally located right on lobby.
Hotel itself is ideally located, 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain & central to most other landmarks.

No number at the front door. Sign is tiny and hidden by umbrellas of the next door restaurant. Impossible to locate.

This has to be in my top 5 places to stay. The website does nothing to express the charm and comfort of the rooms. I thought we would have open living and bed shared space, instead I was greeted with a lovely private bedroom with a window onto the square below. The traffic never stopped on the street below but it didn't matter because the windows are sound proof! The exterior shutters block a good deal of light but the interior shutters stop all noise and light. It was blissful sleep when I stopped Site seeing long enough to rest. I tried to eat my way through Rome in 4 days. The restaurant below the hotel (same owner) gave me 2 of my 3 favorite meals.
The location is perfect. It was perfect for me and my husband, in our 50's and for our daughter and her boyfriend, in their early 20's. I cannot say enough about how this hotel, restaurant, and staff made my first time in Italy absolutely perfect!

A very important point is that there is no elevator! ! ! ! We had to carry all our luggage up there one by one! ! ! ! The air conditioner was broken and the room was freezing, only 21 degrees Celsius. I asked the front desk for help and after a while the temperature dropped to 18 degrees Celsius! ! ! ! I was freezing! ! !

They lock the doors at night and nobody was in attendance. If you forgot your keys, you just didn’t get back in. They were not helpful when you ask them to help you get a taxi. They said that they could not do that. They were not helpful at all. It was very expensive for the lack of amenities.
