The room was dark, tired, and not as nice as the photos suggested. We also had lukewarm water and very poor shower pressure. The biggest issue was constant, heavy thumping from the apartment above, day and night, making it very difficult to sleep.
Breakfast was limited and overly sweet, and the breakfast area was awkwardly located directly outside our room. We could hear everything from 6 a.m., and walking out of our room straight into people eating breakfast felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy.
Some staff were lovely and helpful, while others were less accommodating. Daily cleaning and the free water station were positives.
Overall, disappointing and poor value for the price. Not recommended

Great location - very central and most tourist attractions are walkable in 30 mins. Location has lots of high end shops (like being in the Knightsbridge in London). Staff very helpful and friendly. Only real negative was breakfast was adequate, would only have it if incl. in room rate. Would do with better sound proofing on windows

Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs.
If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. However we heard people there 3 out of the 4 nights of our stay which defeated the purpose of booking a stay as we weren’t really able to rest properly.

The room was much darker and more worn than the photos suggested, with signs of poor maintenance. The biggest issue was constant heavy noise from the apartment above, day and night, which made it very hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Breakfast was also disappointing, not only because of the limited and overly sweet selection, but also because it was served right outside our room in a very awkward corridor space. This meant we could hear everything from early morning, and every time we left the room we were immediately facing people eating breakfast, which felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy.

Service was inconsistent depending on staff. One member was excellent and very helpful with fresh eggs, while another was less accommodating.

On the positive side, rooms were cleaned daily, check-in/out was smooth, and the free water station was useful. However, we would avoid booking airport transfers through the hotel, as we were charged €65 compared to the €40 taxi fare.

Overall, disappointing and not good value for the price paid.

Me and my partner have not long returned from this hotel, we loved it the rooms were lovely and clean , good location right on the high street with all posh shops , 10 mins to Spanish steps and trivy fountain ⛲️ , can walk to everything from this hotel me and my partner just walked to all the main sights from this hotel was perfect xx staff were very accommodating, helpful and Informative and very welcoming xx rooms were very beautiful and you can go in and out as you please anytime xx breakfast was spot on , lovely pastries and fresh scrambled eggs made for u and juice, cakes , toast we loved it xx we used WhatsApp to communicate with hotel for Info and they were very helpful and we're quick to reply xx overall we had amazing stay thank you 😊 xx

The hotel is situated in the center of Rome, it’s a small boutique hotel by US standards. It’s a little difficult to get to because cars cannot drive up to the front door. However, the front desk staff especially, Samanta, was exceptional. She is helpful, extremely accommodating, great disposition, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Staff was amazing! Very responsive and quick with anything we needed. We also had a safe incident where I couldn’t get into my safe. they arrived and saved us in the middle of night since we were due to leave early morning. Bed was comfy, shower was nice. I have to say the reception area is a bit small and a little off putting but it was a great place to stay for a night. They also helped us get an early morning taxi.
