Room had put quality Internet and lack of Internet service for digital TV experience pillows were like rocks the bathroom had mold in the shower and and leaking shower into the floor

The entire staff was excellent from front desk to porter to waiter and waitress the people who cleaned up after us and our room were fabulous. The staff at the rooftop bar made us feel welcome part of the family. Drinks and food were good. The vibe on the roof top superb. The breakfast was delicious everything you would want. Definitely would stay again. The location was perfect to everything in walking distance. The property was amazing and clean updated. The only minor thing I would say and maybe they are working on it is some updating the rooms. At least the one we stayed in.

This hotel is in perfect location close to all sites. The breakfast was good eggs cooked for order. The condition is outdated and need renovation. Bed was ok.

The hotel is very old! Considering the amount you pay for the night, it’s not worth it! The only good thing about the hotel is the roof top bar and its bartender that makes decent cocktails. Otherwise the staff is not pleasant and it’s hard to get anything out of them. I was double charged and on top of that had a pre-authorization on my card. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still trying to receive it back!

We've been staying at this hotel for many years. The staff is very friendly, especially the hotel owner, Ferdinando. The hotel is conveniently located on the Corso shopping street, with many restaurants nearby. A delicious breakfast is served on the terrace.

Double bed and 1/2 even though the room was double. If you want to wander around the shopping streets of Rome, the location is excellent

The picture and the room totally does not match. No hot water and we need to change to a smaller room
