The room was okay, there was air conditioning, a clothes washer and a small stocked kitchen area. There wasn't breakfast, contrary to what the booking guaranteed. The internet also didn't work the first two nights we stayed there, a great inconvenience. There was also a possibility that the plumbing wouldn't work, but thankfully that didn't happen.
Overall, the location is great, though it may not seem at first sight. The room/apartment is fairly good. But the service and amenities aren't the best.

No hot water most of the time
As the courtyard is shared with several restaurants it is noisy in the evenings/early morning when they are throwing their bottles into the bins/getting rid of rubbish
Hard to find as it is in an anonymous side door
Bins are not emptied
If you do not arrive at the time you specify on the check in ( we did arrive on time) no one Will be there the check you in so you will have to try calling the number listed which is rarely picked up.
No window/natural light.
We had to ask to change our room because the bathroom was full of fungus because of the high humidity (and the door to the tiny room wouldn't close)...
The breakfast was bad...
We asked for a baby cradle but it was broken so my baby had terrible nights, we finally put a mattress directly on the floor...
