Staff were friendly and cleaned room everyday
Room was small.
Duvet was not covered, was just a sheet either side.
No bath mat.
No milk in room.
TV only Italian.
Noisy in the morning.
barely any storage for clothes.
Only 1 plug socket, not by bed
Only 1 chair to sit
Location is near a station, but not one that really takes you to any of the main spots in Rome, so plenty of walking to and from.

The room was nice and cozy. It was about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which was very convenient. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in Rome and quite close to the Vatican.

Beautiful property located on the Lungotevere, a 10-minute walk from the Lepanto metro station, which provides easy access to all the city's attractions. The bathroom could be cleaned better, but otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly and the staff were helpful. We will definitely be back.

A very satisfying trip! The receptionist was very polite, and the location was near a sports club. The friendly locals allowed me to enjoy authentic tango at a low price – a wonderful memory!

The staff at the front desk were very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to use the hotel lobby after checkout. The room was spacious, and the refrigerator worked well, keeping items properly cold. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, and there is a supermarket nearby, which was very useful.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet residential area of the city. The room is clean, looks good, there is a wonderful balcony with a good view. The metro is about 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel's reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
However, for a 4-star hotel, there are areas for improvement, such as the expensive tourist tax for two nights, which is €30, the wait time at the bar for someone to come and see you, the lack of bathrobes in the room when we arrived, which we had to ask for to use the spa, the small bathroom with the toilet inside, the lack of insulation; we could hear the showers running, and when we arrived, there was a pair of socks from the previous guests that hadn't been removed.
