Location was good, room is spacious. Staff friendly.

The access from Termini Station was excellent. However, the facilities were old and no amenities or drinks like coffee or tea were provided. I took a shower in the middle of the night, but on the second day, only water was practically cold, even in September. I couldn't open the window because it was facing the staircase where guests used to go up and down, so it was dimly lit in the room and I had to keep the light on all the time. It was completely different from the photos on the website. The only saving grace was that it was clean.

The hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception, a disaster. We arrived and there was no one to greet us. What kind of hotel doesn't have a reception? You might as well rent an Airbnb. Terrible, we had to find somewhere else.

Very good location, next to the big train station, not dangerous because there are always people, but don't come back too late. The room is okay, like a small service apartment, with a stove, plates, bowls, pots, spoons, sink, dishwashing liquid. The housekeeper cleans well.
I don't like the service. I didn't know there was air conditioning on the last night of my stay at the hotel. The staff just came, checked and informed me. At first, I thought the heater came during the hot weather. And what I really didn't like was that there was no shower head, so I had to hold it to shower all the time, which was inconvenient. The room should be fixed and improved before paying customers come to use the service.

Good location, but the mattress is out off quality,
WE SLEPT UNCOMFORTABLY!!!!
Reception has to improve the communication to avoid misunderstanding and inconvenience for clients.

The location, cleanliness and staff of the hotel were very good. The wi-fi in the hotel was very weak.

The location is good, but I was confused because the entrance is a long iron gate on the side. If you press the number with the hotel name on it and go in, the staff will explain it to you well. The entrance, middle entrance, and room are all password-protected. However, the area around the entrance is right next to the station, so it is inevitably dirty and messy. Still, I thought it would be safe because it was right next to the station, so I stayed there.

It's not a three-star hotel at all. There are two giant trash cans next to the iron gate at the door. A large number of guests gather and it feels very unsafe. The room is on the second floor. There is no elevator. There is no lighting system in all passages at night. You can only use the phone's lighting. The room It smelled of urine, there were ants in the bathroom, and the hygiene was poor. There was no one at the service desk for a long time, and the service was closed after 4 p.m. There was no explanation of office hours in the morning. In addition, the breakfast attached to the reservation is not provided directly by the hotel at all. Guests must use their vouchers at nearby restaurants. It is strongly recommended not to stay.

There’s no place to store your luggage if you have a later departure time. My room was filled with ants in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working properly. I would never stay here again.
