We loved staying there; the service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the area was quiet and close to restaurants

Fantastic location close to town, all the sights, and the train station. Incredibly kind people working there; ready to help even in the middle of the night if you are lost. Solid rooms with everything you could need during your stay.

A typical European small hotel (don't expect it to be a large hotel in China), but it's very clean. You wouldn't get the same level of cleanliness in China! The downside is the poor soundproofing, but it didn't affect our sleep. If you're traveling during the day, this price range offers excellent service and a different kind of hotel atmosphere.

We booked the room after seeing the pictures of Santa Maria Inn, but when we checked in, we were informed that all the rooms were full and that we had to go to a place called Martin Inn. We were shown to a room that was not the one in the pictures and were sent to an apartment that felt a little scary.
The bed in the room itself was so small that my feet were sticking out (the writer is 181cm tall) and it felt smaller than the rooms in Santa Maria Inn. (I actually saw the rooms in Santa Maria Inn when I checked out.) The condition of the room was also very different.
If I had booked here for a small price from the beginning, I would not have complained, but I paid enough money and have never experienced a case where they send me to another place because the room is full without any prior notice, no matter where I go in the country. It is extremely rude and I never want to experience it again.
I hope Koreans never book here. I came in the 25th Jubilee year, so I booked a 4-night stay and it cost about 640 euros.

I liked my stay there. It felt clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. The air conditioner was working during the summer and the receptionist was very nice and easily reachable through WhatsApp. The bathrooms were kind of tight but other than that, good accommodation.

As others have mentioned in previous reviews, this place was difficult to find. There were no signs with the hotel name anywhere and we had to ask a local store owner to help us. It was more of an Airbnb apt rather than a hotel, as it was located in a building. I appreciated the welcome snacks we had in our room when we checked in, but the “complimentary breakfast” we paid for was only a croissant and coffee. We were better off getting breakfast from an outside café. The WIFI was great. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was a fridge in the room and the TV had airplay, which we used to screen mirror from our phone. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t’ fulfill our anniversary request of a note wishing us a happy anniversary, but it was a decent stay overall.
