The staff were welcoming and friendly, specially Jonathon, he gave us a city map and explained to us everything we want

We would also like to thank the wonderful hotel, the attentive staff, and the little surprise they made for our wedding.

This is a hotel with a very, very low price-performance ratio. Chinese people should try to avoid it. My family said it is not as good as the Sofitel next door, which is one-third cheaper. The breakfast is at the level of a domestic three-star hotel. The tea bags used are Twinings. This is a hotel that costs nearly 10,000 RMB a night! There are only three small bottles of water in the room and no toothbrushes. When I asked for one, the waiter, a black guy, looked reluctant. At the end of the checkout, they inexplicably charged a tip of more than 50 euros, which added up to more than 100 euros! ! My family said, we have already left tips for the cleaners every day, why do we need a tip? A tip of more than 50 euros a night?? ! ! Unheard of! The front desk said that if you don’t want it, you can remove it. It’s really inexplicable! I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. The elevator is very small. It’s really not worth the price.

Stayed here during the summer and couldn’t get the temperature below 72 degrees (22.5 C). Asked the staff to check if it was working and was told that’s just a normal temperature for their rooms. Without a fan or any airflow we were sweating all night. Disappointing for any hotel, but totally unacceptable for a five star.

A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.

Great staff and service.

Not recommended. The room is not big, the service is mediocre, the breakfast is mediocre, the surrounding environment is mediocre, and the rooftop restaurant is not Michelin-starred. I highly recommend it. The price/performance ratio is not good.

Average room, good breakfast

Very good check-in experience, good service, five-star standard, and a good location.
