W Hotel

Excellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

It's close to all the tourist attractions, and has a very good, tidy room and good cleaning service. I recommend the breakfast option here.

Such a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough to make it a perfect stay. I saw some of them being given a hard time by not-so-gracious guests, and all of them were able to handle it with complete professionalism. Very well trained and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel with everything that you need

Overall, a passing grade and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. The location is very good near the shopping area (10-minutes walk) and the staff are friendly and kind.

Their breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but the quality was decent.

The room’s curtain can’t be closed entirely. Other than this, the rest are pretty good! Walking distances to most of the tourists’ venues. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Rome.

Nice and romantic hotel but it is quite far from the center and no said in the advertisement. Next time I may not come back to stay because it is too far to the center

We recently stayed at W Rome for six nights over Christmas, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. As Marriott Bonvoy members who have enjoyed W Hotels around the world, we chose this hotel for its central location and were not disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Jennifer assisted us with our reservation and even upgraded our room before our arrival. Upon check-in, Giulia welcomed us warmly and professionally, setting a fantastic first impression for our stay.

Our room was everything we expected from the W brand - new, clean, and stylishly furnished with modern fixtures. The electronics were impressive, featuring a large flat-screen TV with wireless connectivity for all streaming devices (except Apple stream). The complimentary coffee and high-quality coffee machine were much appreciated.

The concierge team, particularly Flaviano and Danilo, made our trip truly special. Their helpfulness and excellent recommendations enhanced our stay significantly. We loved being able to connect with them via WhatsApp, and their ability to secure last-minute reservations at fully booked restaurants made us feel like VIPs.

Breakfast at the hotel was a delight. Teja, who served us most mornings, was friendly and attentive, making each day start on a positive note. We also enjoyed our conversations with the F&B manager, who ensured everything was perfect.

The fitness center at W Rome is the best we've encountered in any hotel worldwide. The facilities are top-notch, and the videos we've posted speak for themselves.
