This is a small, illegally operated guesthouse. They rented a residential building at No. 25, not far from the hotel, and used it as a guesthouse for Chinese guests. My rent from September 13th to 15th was around 2,300 RMB per night. I checked with other legitimate hotels nearby and found lower prices. The guesthouse's sanitation is poor. There's a loft above the bathroom, accessible by others, making it noisy and with only a high window for ventilation. Why would a hotel listed on China's largest online travel agency, Ctrip, engage in such illegal activities? Because Ctrip didn't take action, I was forced to stay at the guesthouse for two nights. The guesthouse is exclusively for Chinese guests, while all other guests stay at the hotel. I wonder how Ctrip will handle this situation. I hope that Chinese tourists will receive the respect and protection they deserve in the future.

It's ok, but parking is a bit inconvenient and it's a bit inconvenient to walk up a long flight of stairs in the annex building.

There is nothing to say except the location. It's just so-so. I won't go there next time and I won't recommend it to others.

The location is excellent, right outside the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican Museums, and the fountain. It's a great place to watch the sunset and the city. While the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped and clean. The service was also very attentive, with a free taxi service that arrived in five minutes. The breakfast on the second-floor observation deck was also very sumptuous, and there was a restaurant right outside. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness and service were excellent, though the bathroom was a bit small.

The hotel is in a great location, consisting of a main building and an annex. The main building is located above the Spanish Steps. From the metro station, take the direct elevator up, where the reception is also located.

The annex is located below the steps, on the edge of Piazza di Spagna, where you can see the pillar.

I recommend the main building, as the annex is inconvenient for check-in and luggage storage. We booked the annex, but it seems the reviews misled us, claiming it faced the Spanish Steps, but in reality, we couldn't see it. Furthermore, staying in the annex meant checking in at the main building, then carrying your luggage down from the main building (the top landing of the Spanish Steps) to the annex. Breakfast is also served in the main building, and of course, it can be delivered to your room. After check-out, you had to carry your luggage to the main building, which was quite a hassle.

Our room had a step from the bathroom to the bed, and the black marble connecting it was a step that made it easy to fall.

Facilities: Elegantly decorated rooms with windows. A restaurant is located downstairs.
Service: Friendly staff, but the check-in process was manual, giving it a hostel-like feel. English communication was not smooth.
