Palazzo Navona in Rome

Our stay at Hotel Navoma was a huge disappointment! The service was absolutely awful, especially at the rooftop – slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted as if they were doing us a favor instead of providing proper hospitality.

Other major issues:
• The street noise was unbearable! The hotel offers no soundproofing, and we were kept awake all night by traffic, loud voices, and general street chaos.
• Sleeping was impossible! In addition to the street noise, the thin walls made it easy to hear other guests and plumbing noises.
• The rooftop service was a disaster! We were ignored for ages, and when we finally got served, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.
• Breakfast was a joke! Cold, uninspiring food that didn’t match the hotel’s supposed standards.
• Complaints were met with arrogance! Instead of addressing our concerns, staff made excuses and acted like we were the problem.

For the price, this experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy sleepless nights and terrible service!
