Hotel Elite in Rome

The location was perfect.., Nd the keeper of the hotel is so nice.

Highly recommend this place! It was the first hotel we stayed at upon arrival and we booked three nights. The hotel offers complimentary drinks, apples, and cookies on the ground floor, which is great for grabbing something on your way out in the morning. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's European style made for a pleasant experience.

The hotel was clean and the bathroom was very spacious.
Very good centric location. But the absolute highlight was the personnel, the gentleman at the service desk was very helpful and kind.

Close to various places. Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Good place to stay.

Great location, very convenient for walking to various attractions. The hotel is clean, a typical small and well-maintained European style. It would be quite a trek to walk here from Termini with luggage, so a taxi is recommended. The hotel can arrange a car to the airport (65 euros), which was great for catching an early flight. The manager was very kind, and we had a lovely few days in Rome.

This street has a lot of restaurants to choose from. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. While the hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast, they do provide simple bread, a juice machine, and tea bags in the lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and patient.

nice hotel, their room is fairly big for this price, good location with walking distance to everything, the reception is also helpful, i love their lounge it looks like a cozy living room!!! would definitely stay again if i have a chance to come back

Staying in this hotel was good

1. Location - EXCELLENTE!
2. Service- they are quite helpful specially the front desk but the not working aircon is unacceptable. They didn’t even offer to change us to another room which has a working AC
3. No luggage storage even if it says on their page that they have luggage storage. They actually kept our luggages in another hotel (Hotel White) when we said we need luggage storage which was clearly stated on the booking platform.
4. Elevator starts on the 1st floor. So u need to climb about 20 steps of stairs before reaching elevator.
5. They sent us a fan on our 2nd night after not being able to sleep the 1st night 
6. The corners of side table and side drawers are dusty
7. Over all - the hotel is 3 stars and is good enough for 3 stars except for a NOT WORKING AC. Maybe if u stay during winter, its ok.and if u do not have a problem climbing up stairs before u reach elevator, then its ok.

Everything was great! The location is unmatched, I could easily walk to all the sights, and most of the time didn’t even have to use the transport. The hotel is new and clean, I saw people writing reviews about rooms not matching the descriptions on the website and about unpleasant smell in some rooms, however for me it was not the case. The room I stayed in was probably renovated not long ago, and was perfectly clean. The housekeeping service was good, and they offer free water. However, the major downside is the soundproofing. It was terrible, I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and even woke up at night because of the sound of the switch or because someone coughed. Apart from that, would absolutely recommend staying here.
