Hotel Verona in Rome

Good hotel n a good close location close to termini station, restaurants, colloseum
The gotel staff very helpful and pleasant and room was basic but clean and everything you need and an extra bonus of refrigerator in room the only downside was no foyer or bar to maybe sit and have a drink after a long day of exploring Rome

Lovely hotel just a 10-minute walk from the main rail terminus and about 10 minutes in the opposite direction from the Colosseum and Forum.
Right in the heart of Rome, the location couldn’t be better. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has the feel of a family-run place.

The rooms are quite basic but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was lovely, with complimentary handwash and shower gel provided. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The main double bed was firm, which might not suit everyone, but my wife and I found it extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.

Our 4th floor room had French doors that opened outwards, but no balcony (just a guard rail), which is typical of buildings in Rome. Parents with young children may not be comfortable with this, however.

It would have been nice if breakfast had been included for the price we paid; however, there are plenty of cafés and shops within a two-minute walk where breakfast can be bought cheaply. We did not eat at the hotel, so we can’t comment on value for money (breakfast can be purchased for €10 each).

All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were spotless and the bed very comfortable. A lift available to all floors. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast could not be faulted. The hotel is a perfect location. 10 minute walk to the train station, and all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. I will definitely book here again.

Fabulous little hotel with fabulous staff!! Location was absolutely perfect! 6 mins walk from Termini station and 10 mins walk to Coluseum! Trevi fountain 20 min walk. Lots of excellent restaurants near by!
Mohammed at reception is excellent will tell you when and where to visit locally, all the staff on reception are excellent. You have to give your key in when you leave but that’s fine it stops you from losing it! Rooms are small but perfectly functional for a mini break. Fabulous hotel with fabulous service! Will definitely be returning.

Good location within easy walking distance of the Station and to the most usually visited historical sites.
The hotel is cosy, with good sized rooms with an ensuite shower room with bidet.
Our room had a balcony which is always a nice touch if you can get one.
The windows have external blinds which can be adjusted to allow light in or a full blackout.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast is available if you choose to take it.
We spent a few very enjoyable nights here.
There is also a very good restaurant next door if you arrive a little later than planned.
