Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient if you're driving, as it's outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).

The room was clean and came with disposable cups, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They also provided a complimentary bottle of water. What was really bizarre was that the housekeeping staff threw out our disposable toilet seat covers. When I talked to the front desk, they said, "We usually don't do that," so who did? At least they promised to remind the cleaning staff. The next day, they didn't throw them out, but on the third day, we came back to find our new ones had been removed again. Honestly, it's speechless. If my English were better, I'd definitely have had a word with them.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet. It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient. We rarely saw Chinese guests, but the hotel was very friendly towards us; the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was spacious with two large beds and a small balcony. However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

An unprofessional staff from reception called Melissa. She never smiles and not trying to be helpful to the guest when we asked for help as the air-conditioning not working properly in my room. When I called to reception from my room there’s no one answering that made me walk down to reception to ask for help. I brought up the phone issue to Melissa but she said didn’t receive any calls from my room at all. It’s hopeless from this hotel defect and also the staff attitude

The gym is too small, smaller than the guest rooms. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The lady receptionist who checked us in on the evening of 29 Dec 2025 came across as quite rude when I asked about the room I had booked. I paid more for a specific room configuration (1 double bed + 1 single bed), but was instead given a smaller room with only a queen-size bed, which did not match my booking.

While the hotel offered complimentary welcome drinks to compensate, there was still around €50 price difference compared to the room I originally booked, so the gesture didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience.

That said, credit where it’s due — the male receptionist on the morning shift was very helpful and professional in assisting with settling the room arrangement.

On a positive note, breakfast was the highlight of the stay — genuinely the best part 😝
