Unfortunately the rooms on the ground floor have either no windows or poor windows opening into some wall. Ventilation is also almost non existent so It's not comfortable to sleep at this place. I didn't have any problem but I wish I had the different room upstairs.
The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special.
The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby.
Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety.
The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time!
Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
本身是預訂了單人房間最初給我安排的房間是在地下樓層半想着也沒有什麼大問題，可是在夜晚的時候發現房間的房門是正對着外面的走廊晚上時候的聲音很大根本難以入睡比較嘈雜，後來跟酒店溝通後把房間換到了另一個樓層相對來說比較安靜，入住的小夥伴可能要留意一下他會不會給你安排了地下的房間有機會會受到外面的走廊聲音影響。
房間設計很時尚，看得出是近年才翻新，但是古舊的酒店有着共同的毛病，就是他們的電力系統或者冷氣系統可能會遇到一啲異常嘅狀況，入住期間曾經發生冷氣出現以上無法提供冷氣其後更需要緊急維修供電也有點問題很好狀況。
另外，要注意房間的冷氣是不能調節的是中央冷氣，
