check-in was fine. the room itself is okay. the toilet never seemed to flush completely. the toilet roll holder also kept falling off. it seems like the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. also my key-card seems to always not work. i have to get front desk to help me re-activate my card, this happened maybe like 5 times in the 3 nights i stayed.
the immediate neighborhood is not bad, about 7 minute walk to the train.

Honestly I love staying in Prati when we go to Rome. This area of Prati in general has tons of restaurants and of course gelato. Our favorite coffee shop is right around the corner from this hotel Sciascia Caffe. The hotel was quiet, clean, and family friendly.

It is in a very good location. It is the best place to stay for your trip to the Vatican.

Only comment I have for others, is do yourself a favor and keep looking and do not book this property. It’s old, dirty and noisy. Can’t believe ******* offered it.

One of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Looked like someone had lit a fire on our floor, see photo. Kitchen looked like it had just come out of the skip. Dirty bed sheets!! Let’s not forget the crane that was parked up outside our room and being used at 7am every morning. If you want the least luxurious spot in Rome, this place should be top of your list!!

The hotel has a great location near to St.angelo castle Vatican museums. So everithing else is not as important as its location. (Hotel is clean enough- needs bathrooms to be renovated; room space is also acceptable, no breakfast service in hotel but in Rome every tourist should have breakfast outside :) )
