Hotel Serena Srl in Rome

The reception is very nice, friendly and funny. He works with attitude and give us a good recommend how to enjoy Rome by day and night. The room is comfortble. The place is close to train, bus and tram.

It was conveniently located near Termini Station. The staff were also kind. The shower was strong and clean, but there were small ants in the bathroom.

Everything is decent. Clean, breakfast, location, price/quality ratio is excellent. If the opportunity arises, I will stay again.

The single room is located practically in the breakfast room. So you should come here only if you wake up early or don't mind the clatter of forks. The window overlooks the courtyard, there is a fridge, there is enough light, the heating is turned on at night, but the room is warm (March). The table was stained with something sticky - I washed it myself. In the bathroom there is soap and shampoo in bags. Breakfast: no hot food, but there are eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, jam, coffee. It is a 3-minute walk from Termini. The second photo is the view from the room.

Everything is great! Close to the station, good breakfast. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The reception is open 24 hours. A Russian-speaking guy met us, explained everything and showed us around. The room is small, but everything is there.

Room (single room)
When you open the door, there is a bed, a desk, a closet, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower booth at the back.
The room is small, so you don't really feel like staying in it. If you're just going to sleep, it's fine.
There is only one outlet at the bedside.
The room was cleaned nicely.
The building itself is old, especially the elevator. You have to open the door manually.
Breakfast
There are several types of bread, ham, salami, cheese, cereal, etc.
There is a coffee maker and two types of juice.
If you ask the staff, they seem to be able to make coffee other than the ones made by the maker.
It doesn't seem to change much depending on the day.
Location
About a 5-minute walk from Rome Termini Station.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a restaurant right in front of the street that is open until late at night, so you can hear people talking.
There are many small shops in the neighborhood where you can buy drinks, etc. Also, the supermarket in the basement of Termini Station is less than 10 minutes away.
It is convenient for those who use Termini Station as a base and travel with large luggage.

The hotel location is perfect!! 5 mins walk from Romana Termini (Main Train Terminal). The cleaning staff ia very good. Room was very neat and tidy. But small amenities like water kettle in the room, iron box were not there. Room telephone wasnt functional. Breakfast variety was very limited although the breakfast staff was very helpful and made special coffee on request. Reception desk was excellently handled by Mario who is a gem of a person; fantastico! He guided us what to carry and what not to carry in late evening hours to stay out of trouble.
