Terrible, they canceled my stay at the last minute, due to a delay in my flight, they didn't bother to resolve my issue, causing me a horrible inconvenience, where I had to sleep at the airport, they canceled the next day as well and blocked my phone, I don't recommend it to anyone.

You can't call it a hotel. They're rooms in a rather run-down building. The lady who welcomed us (if you can call it that) was extremely rude and impolite, definitely unsuitable for a job that involves direct contact with people. Terrible.

A terrible experience from day one. When we arrived at the hotel, the owner was nowhere to be found. I had to call her, and she told me to ring other doorbells, which allowed them to let me in. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. The air conditioning wasn't working. We had to call the owner, who came to fix it after a while. The next night, it broke down again, and we slept in the unbearable heat of early July. The next morning I asked the owner for an explanation about the air conditioning, and she said that someone in the rooms had lowered the temperature to below 24 degrees and therefore it needed to be fixed. She also added that the room regulations stated... I reread the entire regulations again and it wasn't written anywhere, so I took the regulations and asked her to show me where it was written. She was somewhat perplexed and replied: "I don't know where it's written but it's like that," turning her back and walking away. Another day we were completely without electricity, and we had to call her back to have it reconnected. Throughout all this, however, the owner was very specific, repeating several times to immediately transfer the remaining 480 euros to her, having made another transfer of 120 euros before leaving, telling me that she would issue a single invoice upon my arrival. I also asked if payment by POS was possible, but her response was that it didn't work. The shower gel wasn't even half empty on the first day, and in 6 days it hadn't been used up. We were never charged again. Upon departure, we asked if it was possible to print the flight checkouts (2 sheets). The answer was that the printer wasn't working, and they told us to find an information point to have them printed. There was never anyone at the reception, and if we needed any information, we certainly couldn't count on their help. When we got home, after my constant messages to the owner to request the invoice that she hadn't sent us yet (with our bank transfer having been received for several days), she responded with constant lies and, despite my insistence, she wouldn't even answer anymore. So I decided to call her, telling her how much longer I would have to wait for the receipt because I would have gone to report it. She yelled at me on the phone and told me that the receipt had been sent the day before, when in fact I hadn't received anything, even after checking several times. After the call, I received the "receipt," if you can call it that, without any stamp or signature, written by them on the computer on the spot to make me look foolish and happy. I've traveled to many places and stayed in various cities and hotels both in Italy and abroad. Abroad, this was my third time in Rome and I've never had an experience like this. My rating for honesty, hospitality, and courtesy is less than zero.
