The room was tiny; you had to turn around to walk around. The sheets weren't clean, and the receptionist was indifferent.

On the positive side: The location is very close to the Spanish Steps, the pasta at the restaurant near the entrance is quite good, and there's a Carrefour nearby. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the excellent service is commendable. The front desk helped me exchange for change and call a taxi. The restaurant staff, rushing to catch a flight and not having time for breakfast, even brought me milk and an apple – a very touching gesture when traveling abroad. The doorman greeted me every night. The only downside is that the room is close to the elevator, and the noise from the elevator can be a bit bothersome.

Cozy room, clean, cleaning every day, polite reception staff, always smiling and ready to help. It is located next to the Spanish Steps 2 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the metro Spain. I am very pleased. Photo of the street to the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Travelers are especially reminded that they should book a taxi to the airport one day in advance. The room is clean and the breakfast is OK. There is a rest area next to the front desk, with sofas, free juice, free coffee and bottled water, which is worth a thumbs up👍. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

Arrogant staff. I spent 430AUD per night, TOO expensive!!! Not sure based on which standard it was considered as 4 stars, very small space, no kettle or coffee machine in the room, poor sound insulation, loud guests. Apart from that, it was amazing.
To be fair, that was the best I could get in Rome. Not a great destination for a traveller but, perhaps for a tourist with a pocket full of money and an urge for taking selfies.

Although the hotel is old, the location is very convenient. The key is that the service staff is particularly warm and thoughtful. Next time I come to Rome, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Not far from the Roman Forum, the environment is average. Breakfast is very simple, it can be said that there is nothing to eat. The attitude of the hotel front desk is also relatively cold, so I don't particularly recommend staying here.
