Its impossible to communicate with the hotel or with them, wifi intermitent and no ventilator on a heat wave...they promised one and didnt provide it. Despite the amazing location is not worth it....stay away from this place

I stayed in this place for three days, the prices seemed good to me compared to the location and the general ratings on the booking were good. When I arrived the bathroom was shared, the room humble but clean. It's like being hosted in a messy friend's house, with his clothes around the house but without your friend's welcome and love. I heard the manager of the b & b at the beginning of my stay after waiting fifteen minutes under the rain waiting for someone to open and at the end of the holiday to collect the tourist tax. Never again!

The location is good, because in less than 5 minutes walk you can reach piazza San Pietro and the owner is very friendly and helpful, but too many things in room were not working (led light, switches, support of the jet of the shower). In short, definitely improved

Apart from the kindness of the lady, and the position for the rest verges on decency.. The lighting of the room is given by a bathroom light, the two lamps on the bedside table and the flashlight of your phone.. The exhaust in the toilet is full of limescale, then you are never sure that it functions properly or is clogging from time to time. The window always seems wide open but is actually closed, what goes in are "drafts" that call them that is an understatement.. The bed c is and if we have destroyed it is only by the grace of god that the lord has given us from st. Peter's square.. The breakfast is nothing special but we were very surprised to find out that at least there is! Not I lose the foot, I if I paid.

Nice people who run it. Breakfast is okay, not the best but also not the worst. The location is absolutely amazing, with 4 minutes waling you're at the sint Pieter

I stayed at this property for 2 nights, as soon as I got to my room I had a devastating impact, I had never stayed in such a dump. Ramshackle bed that was leaking pieces, very small room despite having told the nice lady that we would be 4 guests, me my wife my 5 year old daughter and the other my 1 year old daughter who slept in our camping cot.
In fact, on the phone she reassured us that the room would be large enough.
TV knocked out, vomiting bathroom, but the icing on the cake was the fact that Ms. with the whole family lives in the house. Experience to say the least chilling, I have not found a place in any other structure the same evening, otherwise I would not have stopped to sleep there.
I do not recommend at all.

I would have appreciated more hospitality. We warned of the flight delay and if it hadn't been for the repeated calls we would have stayed out. We didn't find any towels. For breakfast we had milk and coffee and the rest was made up of what was left over from the others' breakfast. The owner was not found at home and we had to call for the umpteenth time. Also, after paying, we have not received an invoice. NOT RECOMMEND.
