The Indian staff at reception was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Keep using air phone to talking to his fiancé durning reversed customers and working. He can not explain clearly or provide legal paper about city tax at the currently year 2026. He showed me the paper with Italian language from 2023, when I asked for English version, he replied that taking photo and translate it on your phone. What do you think you can talk to customer like that way while you claimed that 6 years experience working at the receptionist? He kept blame that I am rude to him when he smirked at me after talking photo those paper on the wall for evidence to report. If you really are calm, professional as you said. You never behave like that way with 6 YEARS working here. So shame on him and disappointed those people like that.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a pleasure trip to Rome, we travel often and visit many hotels but this was perhaps one of the worst, the bed was made of iron, every time you sat down or stood up if you were not careful you hurt yourself, the mattress must have been 30 years old, you could feel the springs in your back, the room was badly kept, even the bathroom had rusty mixers and the shower was held together with plastic clamps, only the floor and perhaps the shower tray were redone, very expensive for the quality price. I am still waiting for the payment receipt requested several times, and they answer, I will give it to you later... they push for cash payment. The area is convenient to Termini station, about 150 meters on foot, the only thing, you have to be careful, especially at night because the area is infamous, there is a lot of police and army but you have to be careful.

This hotel is pretty dumpy but it is also cheaper than anything else around (I checked). It is very close to Termini Station which is VERY convenient. Plenty of bus/train connections and lots of places to eat nearby. The room was not totally clean nor quiet but it was ample enough. The place needs remodeling and the furniture inside was like a rummage sale.

This would be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs. Booked a twin room. Arrived and was told none available even though had booked 3 months before. Moved room the second day to a twin room. Room was like a prison cell and hadn’t been touched in 50 years. Was dirty and disgusting and tiny. Please don’t ever stay here.

Terrible experience! When I booked this hotel I looked at this photo that you see here. I found myself in a small, dirty, run down and smelly room. A shocking thing. 80 euros for this smelly and dirty hovel. AVOID IT

Location very close to Termini station and therefore convenient if you travel by train. Very friendly staff. Presence of elevator even if a little small. The bathroom and shower very functional. Possibility to leave luggage in the structure after check out. Room not particularly clean and a little dusty especially on the floor.

it was a nightmare. very small room, bed attached to the wall (see photo) that to get off at night I had to hit the wall with my knee and the headboard. sink water came down a trickle, safe non-existent even though it was included in the price, we had asked for separate beds for another room and they gave us joined double beds, they didn't even care to make the change, after we complained. Non-existent wardrobes, only brackets on the wall to hang suitcases and clothes. in the end a guy at the cash register, who barely spoke Italian, asked us for double the amount agreed, also double the tourist tax, which must be paid only in cash never with a card. Obviously with the receipts in hand we demanded to speak the next day with someone else who apologized for the mistake. cleaning for me non-existent, see the photos taken with the UV lamp to detect traces of dirt. central area but a nightmare, at night there were absurd guys, one half-naked who threw glass bottles at passers-by. Don't call it a hotel, not even a hostel, it's a nightmare hole.

Furniture and decorations are aging and partly damaged (rusty mirrors, wall with impacts). Unfortunate experiences but which are only a mirror of the quality of the maintenance. For example, we had the pleasure of experiencing a high-flow leak at the tap water inlet (rather predictable given the state of the pipes patched up in a hurry) on the first day of our arrival, water cut off for the day and forced to use another room for showers, toilets, etc. (the air conditioning not working in this 2nd room, we were still residents of the 1st before being changed the next day). Despite the responsiveness of the otherwise friendly staff, no reduction or even a simple snack during our time blocked by this event. They only take cash for the tourist tax ... The cleaning is done, nothing to complain about, but the cleanliness of the sheets needs to be reviewed. Any shampoo found in a store will be better for your hair or skin if you stay there for more than a day. Finally, the location is in Rome near the train station but at least 1 hour from the monuments (besides the Colosseum/Manuele II Forum) or Trastevere, the fairly touristy area to visit in the evening. In short, clearly no better than the 2 stars it carries...

I give 2 stars for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I stayed in this hotel with my partner for one night. When we arrived we were greeted in a precise and punctual manner. Since we were early for check-in time, they made us leave our bags in a corridor. Hesitantly we left them given the presence of many others. Unfortunately the room is not commendable. Stained sheets, towels all different, some wrinkled, others with holes. Dirty bathroom, we washed the toilet seat ourselves, the drain did not work well and it took a long time before it refilled with water. To conclude: we asked for help to make the air conditioning work, it was set by a boy. When we returned to the room late in the evening the heat was unbearable. We opened the window which allowed us to breathe a little. Until from outside, given the area, we started to hear screams, broken bottles etc etc etc. Rooms completely isolated: both towards the outside and towards the inside.

Terrible. Room changed without warning and soundproofed found open upon my arrival without explanation, dirty towel, no hot water despite being reported several times, non-existent customer service. Never again in Rome, it deserves zero stars
