They came late to let us in bathroom didn’t work and they changed more that it supposed to be and no personal in the property and if you call he is mad bad service

I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The owner couldn't even speak basic English, and even after I paid a deposit, he still suspected us of being scammers. I told him I could pay in any form, cash or card, but just because I couldn't understand his broken English and Italian, he rudely said, "I've never seen such a stupid pig as me." It's unbelievable that such words came from a hotel owner. He even threatened to call the police and have me arrested. I've never experienced such an insult before, especially near the Vatican. This is a completely unacceptable hotel. I hope Ctrip can provide a reasonable explanation for why they partnered with such a terrible business.

This place was awful! Stay away! Rude owner, threatened to call the police for trespassing when another renter let us in off the street. Listing stated a front desk, which is typically where you check in but there was not one. I tried calling and texting but no reply until another guest called for me, then I was yelled at for using someone else’s phone. We were “upgraded” to a suite that had something spilled on the walls as well as multiple dirty shoe prints. The kitchen had mold in the freezer, a broken tap that leaked, but they were good enough to wrap a towel around it, and there was no cooking/eating/cleaning equipment or supplies, if you were brave enough to use the kitchen!! I took multiple pictures but don’t see where I can upload them here. Trust the other honest reviews and stay away.

Upon arrival we called him to get the code for the door, and it was difficult to understand him and suddenly he said “Do you want me to just cancel the reservation since this is so hard for you to understand”.

We eventually solved it, and but when I contacted him with questions he didn’t respond me.

The apartment is alright but not clean. Good location though. But that is more less what it is.

It was also written breakfast but be sure there are no breakfast 😊

The room was dirty, the bathroom too, the sheets were not changed, there was no toilet paper and the man was quite rude.

The only good thing about this place honestly is the location, but the rest was awful for us. We arrived and had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in, and tried calling and contacting them several time with no answer (the phone numbers we found were out of service). When the host finally arrived, he started shouting at us (asking why we didn’t call, but we did call around 10 times) and talking to us in a disrespectful way as if he did not just make us wait for over an hour after all the traveling we just did.
Anyway, he upgraded our room for a kitchen that we didn’t need in order to allow himself to remove our breakfast, that was supposed to be included in our stay. But considering the cleanliness of the place not eating their breakfast is a positive thing. Rooms were really dirty, extremely bad smell in the bathroom and beds were uncomfortable.

Overall, bad experience here and please trust the reviews, cuz we saw them and ignored them thinking it might be just a few times. But as we noticed after discussions with other guests, this is happening to everyone that stays here. No service, horrible treatment and attitude and dirty rooms. Be aware.

Host MALEDUCATISSIMO Ho chiamato la struttura per chiedere un’informazione (avevo prenotato per 2 persone ma nella mail di conferma ne risultava solamente 1 e volevo capire come mai) Sono stata trattata malissimo, l’host (dopo la decima volta che mi bloccava mentre parlavo) mi ha detto di muovermi e stringere perché lui non aveva tempo da perdere. Mi ha insultata quando sono stata super gentile e pacata, volevo solo un’informazione. Merita di fallire

A Roma San Pietro Best Bed was a great place to stay in the heart of Rome. The location was close to many attractions and walking distance to many restaurants as well. Easy access to public transit and the metro subway as well. The room was very comfortable and clean.

There was nobody there when I checked in. You have to check in by phone. The cleaner also plays loud videos on his phone by your door to let you know he wants you to leave so he can clean. He was mad I checked out at 1050 when check out is at 11. So, the staff are bad. And there really is no staff. Nice room though.
