The elevator didn't work the entire three days we were there (it's a 5-star hotel!), breakfast consisted of coffee, pastries, and juice at a bar, and the room was small, old, dirty, and run-down (thankfully, the sheets and towels were decent). It wasn't cleaned, toilet paper wasn't replenished, and the wastebaskets weren't emptied even once. There were no other amenities common to all rooms, such as a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, or iron. Frankly, we should have been notified about the elevator problem well in advance. Otherwise, it was one of the least well-maintained accommodations I've ever stayed in, and considering we're in Europe, I wouldn't recommend it or return.

The room in the apartment is extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. You can hear your neighbors showering...

The room facilities are complete, but the lighting is a bit dim. It is good to bring breakfast, and the breakfast place is also close, so you can eat enough. No one came to clean the room during the two days of stay, but the hotel will respond promptly when asking for help

This property said it included breakfast but it did not the first day (Sunday) as the cafe was closed. Also the building is not easy to find and taxis cannot easily get to the main door. Neighbourhood felt a little sketchy.

Easy access, walkable from amenities. Breakfast was delicious.
The only down side was no housekeeping, so no fresh towels or toilet paper.

The room was very small, dirty, cracked walls, the window in the bathroom doesn't close, it's not a 2 star hotel, it's a hostel. After one night we had to change the hotel, which was known to be very stressful. I'm not recommended this place
