The hotel is centrally located to all of the sites I wanted to see, The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum all of them were less than a 30 mins walk. Needed to get in my steps. The housekeeping lady was absolutely lovely! She was very helpful on a few occasions. If I ever found myself in Rome again, I would stay there.

Great but no warm water The stay was nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. The only issue we had was that the rooms are in the basement so not much natural light and the shower had almost no pressure and only cold water. We did not mind after long day in the sun but it was still annoying. This was in both rooms.

Maybe we just got unlucky with our room but I felt like this property was not worth the price. We appreciate the beds and the size of the room and even the interior but the shower had so much mold and slimy things on the sides. This hotel is great. Other reviews say that initially accessing the hotel is confusing, that is understandable, but if you can spare an extra two minutes of patience the staff will be there to assist. The room was quite nice and very close to the st peters basilica but not well connected to public transport so be prepared to walk. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice but we didn't have any bad encounters. The shower in the morning was a bit cold as well but with the heat in Rome this wasn't an issue. At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. While the room was great and location was acceptable, this B&B advertised "free breakfast available". That simply is not true. There was a Bar / Cafeteria at one time next door but that is now closed. There was no attempt to supply any food for their guests.

The room was newly renovated and bright and modern, which was good for me as I didn't like the rooms in the historic Italia in the old town. It takes a little time to get to the tourist spots, but there are many trams and buses nearby, so it's convenient.

Good accommodation The accommodation met our needs. It is all very independent, we only contacted the host through messages and we were always attended to. They also offered us free snacks and drinks every day. The location is close to subway stations. The only thing I missed was a more complete check-in with advance information.

Room and washroom is huge. Very spacious for all 4 of us. Good variety for breakfast. Staff are wonderful. It took a while before we got all checked in since we came after hours but after that first hiccup, everything was just wonderful.

Location is excellent…just minutes away from Spanish steps and the best shopping and restaurant area. The only concern is you need to climb quite a number of staircase before reaching the room. However, I really appreciate the support and advice offered. A staff even assisted me with the suitcases upon check out. Plenty of water and fresh towel supply.

You are basically renting a room. There is no amenities per se for services. People at the hotel are very nice. And the hotel is in a good location, but don't expect much in terms of anything but a clean place to sleep .
