Good and Bad.... Firstly, let me start by saying that Livia Valeria is a beautiful property! Once the gates open you are greeted by lush flowers and green grass- its like an oasis and very welcoming. The buildings look brand new, lovely clean lines- all very modern and crisp. The check in was absolutely fine, we were greeted by Max who was great. The interior of the hotels public areas, were as...
A unique place very near the center of Rome. The owner/host and the staff are always willing to help and take the extra mile to make you feel very welcome. Visiting with a family of 4, mwe took 2 rooms at ground level which connect with each other. All rooms are new and very clean. The pool is amazing as well.

This small hotel is unpretentious in a convenient location less than ten minutes walking from Roma Trastevere station. From there, one can get to Fiumicino airport by train in less than 30 minutes or to the main train stations (Termini and Tiburtina). You can take the tram or a bus to multiple places or you can just walk twenty minutes or so to Santa Maria in Trastevere to stroll or to eat. Our favorite...
Fantastic staff, good price, nice location, close to the trams heading to city center. No problem with parking.
Very clean and Friendly staff. The breakfast is good. The location is very good, train direct to/from airport. trains, trams and buses take you directly to the heart of Rome in 20 minutes. The beds are a bit small but not too bad.
Landscape China resources hotel is,without a doubt, this is the best I've seen of the guide tour in quite a long time.
Wonderful hotel. Head here Italian uncle and his assistant, do all cleaning, cooking, Breakfast and lots of tips on how to pass and where to find. Very friendly and nice) hotel in half an hour's walk to the centre, can be reached by 8m bus for 7-10 minutes. The rooms are small but all have a wardrobe, a Desk, a big bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, toilet with shower and even a small TV:) my husband...
we were hosted in this wonderful little boutique hotel in August 2014, we were really good compliments to the staff for the cleanliness, the kindness, the availability, we will return in a few weeks, our point of reference in Rome .A special greeting to sig. Close to all major attractions in Rome, especially walkable from the Colosseum
Incredibly friendly staff. We had a great stay but the facilities do show their age.
A 3 star hotel Close to coloseum and foro and a lot of Roman sights, all can be reaxh2d by a max 10 min walk. Friendly personnel, recommended!
Hotel was booked 4 months in advance and we choose it as it had one of the best prices near to old city. We enjoyed stay over there as it covered our expectations - light breakfast, good WIFI, clean room, Air-condition which is very important during summer, polite staff, guest lounge(small reception where someone of staff was available from breakfast time till evening. Note that it's 10 room hotel...
A bit akward getting onto the hotel but I believe most of these Central hotels are like this. Service was excellent from all the staff we saw and the rooms were comfortable. Great location for seeing the forum and colloseum.

Leather Bag Hotel, the hotel location, check-in room and front desk are located in three places. Ctrip service is very good and the store is very professional. The lady at the front desk in the morning was very rude and rude. Check out of the hotel is before 10 o'clock. The price/performance ratio is very low, it is recommended to stay near Roma Termini

Ethel at the front desk was terrific! She helped us so much. She answered our many questions patiently and quickly arranged transportation to the airport when our own plans fell through. Gave this hotel the highest rating in each category. Will definitely use it again next time we’re in Rome.
Staff was very helpful, informative, and friendly. The room was spotless and roomy. Location is excellent
This was a great location. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and shopping. The ladies working made sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful with taxis and restaurants. The only reason to give 4 stars for the rooms is because they are working on a keyless system and we had actual key for the doors. As soon as that system is in place it would definitely be ⭐️⭐️...
Great location, run by nice people.
Loved it!! We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was when we arrived. Modern, spacious, and clean. Nicely central and easy walking(10 minutes or so) to many major sights. A couple of minor room issues were quickly handled. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is on a hill. It is close to Trevi fountain - 15 minute walk, Spanish steps - 10 minute walk but you do have to walk up a few hills to get back to it. Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope is buried, is probably a 15-20 minute walk up hill. Villa Borghese head straight all the way when you turn right out of the hotel door. It is about a mile to get to the beginning of the park. The views...

I really want to offer to all of you to stay some days in this amazing B&b.Everything is cleaned and very beautiful. Here you can feel like at your home.Very, very big compliments to Laura.I really recommend to go to this place with your friends or family.Thank you for amazing hospitality.
My husband and I went to Rome in October 2022 for our delayed honeymoon. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Our host Laura was wonderful: she's friendly, fun and really knowledgeable about the local area. It's around the corner from the train station and it's centrally located so we were able to see all everything we wanted to in less than 2 days so we were able to check out some of the local hangouts...
Amazing little spot! Located away from the craziness of the city, but still close enough for easy access to everywhere you may want to visit. The host was so kind and accommodating. She was available for all of our questions, provided us a detailed breakdown of the city, and gave us lots of tips and tricks to get where we needed to go. The entire home was extremely clean. Our room had air conditioning...
We loved our stay at Aldebaran! Our host Laura was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us wonderful insights into Rome and great dining recommendations. Aldebaran is so clean and comfortable. The space is eclectically decorated and beautiful. Our room was perfect. Easy access to public transportation and a quick walk to the coliseum. We walked around at night as well and felt safe. We will definitely...
Great b&b. Laura the manager is vey kind and helpful. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the metro in a quiet neighborhood not far from termini, so it's not quite in the middle of the bustle of central Rome but still a good place to come back to at the end of the day.
Laura was super helpful and very friendly! She made our stay in Rome even better. Highly recommended! :0)

The host’s warm hospitality and kind service were truly appreciated, and the helpful explanations about the travel destination made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with convenient access to major attractions. Breakfast is served at a nearby café, where the friendly service and the experience of dining leisurely among the locals left a lasting impression.
Breakfast that is included is a plus! very convenient right outside, restaurant cute and pleasant staff, good food,
The place is great and we had a winderful time while there
It was very close to everything in Rome perfect location to visit all tourist attractions
The location is acceptable, but the hygiene and service are disappointing – be sure to contact hotel staff in advance, otherwise you will not be able to check in. 【Location】The hotel's location is fairly convenient, suitable for travelers wanting to stay in this area. The property was centrally located close to the metro and some of the historic areas. The street below was full of shops and restaurants. This was an amazing place to stay and safed a whole wunderful week in Rome! Nothing too special about the room itself, it has all of the necessities. The service and hospitality however, is some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff will go out of their way to help you out.
Nice place, quiet location near Vatican city and metro Ottaviana. Excellent hospitality, very kind and helpful staff. Communication was very good, in English and of course in Italian. I will prefer it again for my stay in Rome! Didn't have the chance to taste the breakfast though.
Enjoyed the warm welcome and great location. Well priced and maintained. Nice terrace for breakfast and lunch.
Good position (down town) good sevices

This is a good value hotel in a super, central location with very friendly and helpful service. Our room was large and modern. A faulty TV remote was fixed immediately and the free tea/coffee/bottled water was appreciated. Modern decor and bathroom, clean with a huge bed. It would have been good to have a towel rail for wet towels and some milk for hot drinks, but these are minor issues. We did find...
My husband and I stayed here one night at the end of our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We stayed in the newer section, the receptionist said it had just been built. We loved our room. It had a unique feel. The way the room was set up felt like a converted space, but we loved its quirks. It was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the temperature in the room was perfect. If your going to Rome this hotel is fantastic! Every room has a theme. Not to expensive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English as well. Located perfectly between Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Tons of shopping right there.
Super rooms in heart of Rome, close to the Spanish Steps and a short walk from the Metro. Breakfast excellent and filling to set you up for a day of sightseeing. We stayed in suite 204 which had the added bonus of a Turkish bath and shower. Well worth a stay to enjoy the stunning city. Quiet despite central location. Tip to find: look for number 3 as it doesn't have a regular foyer to step into. When...
We got the double deluxe room behind the reception with bathtub opposite the bed. The room and service are very nice. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not huge but good and the room was lovely. Entrance is confusing as there's no obvious sign! It is indeed royal. We reserved the biggest suite they have. We got a small apartment that has everything inside. The bed is amazingly big extremely comfortable. Service is great. Breakfast is very tasty. And the staff are very helpfully especially Romina at the desk.

I loved this place in May, 2025! Quiet, great room, breakfast - included - that was really terrific. Can’t wait to get back!
The pool was big and clean and well needed in the heat, also not too crowded. Our room was very clean and spacious with AC and tv and a mini fridge. The restaurant in the hotel next doors (ristorante da Luigi at hotel orto di Roma) was great!
With the lovely garden, the rustic houses, the nice pool and the friendly, competent and frankly terrific personell this place is perfect for a stay in Rome. You can leave for the city in the morning and relax and unwind here in the afternoon. This place is both dreamy and beautiful and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!
Good restaurant, different from the usual hotels. Set in garden surroundings. Very nice pool.
The restaurant is amazing. The shrimp and the octopus entrances are my favourites.

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be...

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to major attractions, many dining options, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean and had all that we needed. The most important thing for me is that was walking distance to Colosseum,Trevi fountain,Spanish steps,Rome terminal and lots of places for dining. .
The host was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was an easy walk from the Rome Tremini terminal as well as to multiple tourist sites like the Trevi Fountain, the Santa Maria Maggiore and the Spanish steps.
Great Location and Value Well situated hotel for all the main attractions in Rome. Very good value for money and having breakfast in the hotel was very convenient. Could perhaps benefit from a few more electrical sockets and a mirror in the main part of the room. Overall, a very good stay.

Wonderful hidden gem in the hills of Lazio, only an hour outside Rome. I stayed for a night before flying out of FCO in the morning and I'm so happy I found Casale San Pietro instead of staying the evening at a mediocre airport hotel. The owners (and staff) could not have been nicer and the property is absolutely gorgeous, set amongst olive and fruit orchards. We have just returned from our 5th stay at the casale and we have booked for 2023. Cannot recommend enough. It really is the place to make your next destination. Amazing place, very stylish, delicious food, nice pool area with comfortable daybeds, cozy room (extra comfortable bed) and public areas and i could go on.. Everybody was very helpful and we felt very comfortable, even with a two month old. The room was very well-appointed and regularly serviced, and we would definitely return. The location was also excellent for a sightseeing trip.
The location is truly excellent. The room was large and had a jacuzzi, but the street-facing rooms are very noisy, especially at night. We asked to change to an inside room because we couldn't sleep. The reception service was terrible. We checked out on a Sunday and asked the concierge to call us a taxi, but he didn't. He sent us to a taxi stand two blocks away and didn't tell us that all of Rome was...
Overall it's OK, but you need to understand that the facility is a few rooms on one floor of an apartment building that have been renovated to be hotel-like. It's like an Airbnb with hotel-like interior, facilities, and operation. *If you're looking for romance, this isn't the place for you. The entrance, check-in area, the voices of the local residents who keep shouting every morning and night, the...
It is indeed a great location. However the room is small. It is not a big problem for us since we only use the room for sleep.
It’s really very average. I don’t know why it was rated as a four-star hotel. It’s just a B&B. The sign at the entrance is also hard to find. The room is very small in the middle of the two shops. It’s hard to move around after putting two large suitcases in it for a night. It's really not worth it for such an expensive price. Hotel is super well situated. It's unique, rooms are large, very clean and comfortabel. The staff was super friendly and helped us move all the cots up the stairs. Absolute highlight of the Ludwig experience: their breakfast - best one we had this summer. Congratulations! Oddly themed Beethoven hotel in a great location right next to the water. Staff are all so amazing and helpful. Beds are pretty hard and you have to ask to manually control your own air conditioning.
