A unique place very near the center of Rome. The owner/host and the staff are always willing to help and take the extra mile to make you feel very welcome. Visiting with a family of 4, mwe took 2 rooms at ground level which connect with each other. All rooms are new and very clean. The pool is amazing as well.

This small hotel is unpretentious in a convenient location less than ten minutes walking from Roma Trastevere station. From there, one can get to Fiumicino airport by train in less than 30 minutes or to the main train stations (Termini and Tiburtina). The hotel is on a hill. It is close to Trevi fountain - 15 minute walk, Spanish steps - 10 minute walk but you do have to walk up a few hills to get back to it. Great b&b. Laura the manager is vey kind and helpful. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the metro in a quiet neighborhood not far from termini, so it's not quite in the middle of the bustle of central Rome but still a good place to come back to at the end of the day.

It’s really very average. I don’t know why it was rated as a four-star hotel. It’s just a B&B. The sign at the entrance is also hard to find. The room is very small in the middle of the two shops. Oddly themed Beethoven hotel in a great location right next to the water. Staff are all so amazing and helpful. Beds are pretty hard and you have to ask to manually control your own air conditioning.
