The host’s warm hospitality and kind service were truly appreciated, and the helpful explanations about the travel destination made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with convenient access to major attractions. The location is acceptable, but the hygiene and service are disappointing – be sure to contact hotel staff in advance, otherwise you will not be able to check in.

【Location】The hotel's location is fairly convenient, suitable for travelers wanting to stay in this area. However, note that vehicles may not be able to reach the door directly, requiring you to drag your luggage a bit, which is not very friendly to travelers with large luggage.

【Noise Issue】It's quite noisy in the mornings and evenings, with not only loud voices but also garbage truck noise. If you're out sightseeing during the day and just want to sleep at night, it might not be a big problem, but it can be very bothersome for light sleepers.

【Extremely Poor Hygiene】: It was a matter of luck. Although I had read Google reviews and was somewhat prepared, the actual hygiene was still "shocking" – the air conditioner was spraying black, unidentified substances directly onto the bed (the air conditioner is located directly above the bed), and the remote control was covered in grime, clearly not properly cleaned. When I reported the air conditioner problem to the staff, I only received a perfunctory "sorry," showing no sincerity in solving the problem, even less responsive than Trip customer service. Also, I didn't want to communicate with them at the time, but I did report this to Trip promptly.

【Cold Service and Chaotic Management】

1. Prior contact is mandatory for check-in: The hotel failed to clearly state this on its website or Trip booking page, resulting in my inability to check in when I arrived late on the first day. The staff had already left work, and the supposedly "24-hour contact number" went unanswered. I only managed to resolve the issue with the help of Trip customer service and a compromise on the second day.
2. Lack of basic communication: Compared to other hotels of the same type that confirm check-in time in advance and maintain communication, this hotel completely disregards whether guests can check in smoothly; their attitude is "take it or leave it."
3. Staff disappear on time, no assistance provided: The staff vanishes on time, and even the promised "24-hour support" after check-in is empty talk. If problems arise, you're left to fend for yourself.

【General Breakfast】Breakfast is provided by a nearby restaurant; the taste is average, enough for one visit, not worth repeating.

【Summary】Unless you are particularly attached to the location, don't care much about hygiene or service, and can communicate fluently with the staff, I do not recommend choosing this hotel. You can find much more responsible accommodations with the same budget.

The property was centrally located close to the metro and some of the historic areas. The street below was full of shops and restaurants. It was a safe area but a bit noisy for my taste if you want to sleep with the windows open. The host was on time and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but at times there was a smell coming from the bathroom and you had to keep it's door closed. I was told that it is because of the old plumbing. Despite this I would recommend this place because of value for money.

Had a great time staying at this property. It has a fantastic location and is easily accessible to restaurants, transport and tourist attractions. The room was modern, clean and had all amenities needed. The lady on the front desk was also very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in and making us feel welcome.
