Wish they would have actual toiletries like it states. 2 very small round soaps doesn’t cut it

Everybody was very helpful and we felt very comfortable, even with a two month old. The room was very well-appointed and regularly serviced, and we would definitely return. The location was also excellent for a sightseeing trip.

The property is in a not so clean building. They have the second floor the rest is residential. Shower doesn’t have anywhere to hang towel or put soap. Very small. It is a short walk from Spanish steps and Travi fountain.

The location is truly excellent. The room was large and had a jacuzzi, but the street-facing rooms are very noisy, especially at night. We asked to change to an inside room because we couldn't sleep.
The reception service was terrible. We checked out on a Sunday and asked the concierge to call us a taxi, but he didn't. He sent us to a taxi stand two blocks away and didn't tell us that all of Rome was closed for a marathon. It was an ordeal getting to and from the airport, and we almost missed our return flight.
We couldn't believe he hadn't let us know so we could have arranged things differently.

Overall it's OK, but you need to understand that the facility is a few rooms on one floor of an apartment building that have been renovated to be hotel-like. It's like an Airbnb with hotel-like interior, facilities, and operation. *If you're looking for romance, this isn't the place for you. The entrance, check-in area, the voices of the local residents who keep shouting every morning and night, the voices of tourists, the singing that continues day and night because it's in front of a popular square, the mold in the shower room, the smell of the drainage, etc. If the above are not a problem, you should be satisfied. Clean rooms, easy to access location, friendly staff, etc.

It’s really very average. I don’t know why it was rated as a four-star hotel. It’s just a B&B. The sign at the entrance is also hard to find. The room is very small in the middle of the two shops. It’s hard to move around after putting two large suitcases in it for a night. It's really not worth it for such an expensive price. But the location is really good and it's very convenient to go everywhere.

This hotel is racially discriminatory and women are not respected. The front desk clerk enters the room privately and takes away guests' belongings.

We wanted to like this place so much but unfortunately our experience was terrible. The issue was our room. Two of the bathroom light bulbs were out, the TV over the bathtub didn't work, the AC didn't work, and the plug to the bathtub wasn't working either. After 30 minutes of trying to fix it ourselves, we had to call the attendant to fix it. For paying over $300 for the night, we definitely expected far better. The only good thing was the staff as they were friendly.
